As advertised. Good blower, good price. Only down side was the cost of the extension cord. It cost nearly as much as the blower.

I've owned this product for 2 fall seasons now and couldn't be happier with it. So much so that I purchased one for my mom as well.
My property has a TON of leaves and is situated so that I can't blow them into the woods, rather I have to pick them up, bag them and put them at the curb to be taken away. This leaf blower save me hours on this task. I can easily blow them into a pile, suck them up and dump them (using the yard funnel) into the bags. The only issue I've found is that if the leaves are wet they do occasionally get stuck and clogged and sometimes sticks get stuck in the chopper. The design of this is so simple and easy that fixing those issues is a breeze. I couldn't be happier with this product and would recommend it to anyone!
It also multitasks as a snow blower for light dusty snow! Added bonus!

Worked great for two seasons ,then the power switch wouldn't work. It only had the minimmal power and that was it. I went on line to try and get a replacement switch only to find out there is none available. To every one who gave it a good review, Good luck in the future.

I am very happy with this blower, it is extreamly powerful and relatively lightweight. Adjustable settings are conveinent and useful. I think it's a little noisy but it isn't as bad as a gas model. The fact that it requires a cord hampers it ease of use but for the money I can easily live with it!

Bought this a week ago and used it y'day to clean my backyard. I was disappointed initially because I thought I ordered a cordless one, assuming it had a battery. It was my bad as I did not read the spec carefully. It showed up in my search on home depot website with other battery operated electric blowers/vacs. I had to buy a 100ft power cord. Sufficient to get around my entire backyard. When I used it, it was all good. Was able to get my yard clean almost 80%. Not because of issue with this product but because there was too much to clean after 4 months. Both blower and Vac are powerful enough to get the job done. I couldn't get wet leaves off the lawn with either blower or Vac. Its a bit heavy to operate in both blower and Vac mode. So make sure you have a good breakfast before you start :). My wife was happy to see clean backyard. Its a good exercise for me.

The blower works real well, almost too well. The blower is very powerful, but it is hard to blow the leaves into a pile. The vacuum works great. It has enough power to suck up the leaves without picking up rocks or acorns. The metal shredder doesn't have any dings after hours of use. The additional cost to upgrade from the plastic blade is definitely worth it. The variable speed dial is kind of misleading, as the blower really only has about 4-5 speeds. Would highly recommend.

Works well, does what it says. Leaf shredder is better than most hand held electrics, still not powerful enough to mulch sweet gumball tree detritus, but that would probably need a gas powered motor to mulch.

Great product, although it is a tad cumbersome with the bag over the shoulder. That being said, my 13 year old son can use it and it reduces leaf litter to a medium size mulch. Able to fit much more leaf litter into green recycling can as opposed to raking and stuffing. I think getting the leaf vac attachment is the next step. Like that it is electric: using electricity via power plant is less polluting vs gas. Actually prefer the variable speed control as it allows me to turn down air velocity when blowing leaves from decomposed granite and black mini wood chips, those keeping both dust and existing mulch

This blower/vac is quite powerful for an electric machine. The vacuum feature is excellent for picking up individual leaves when blowing is not feasible. It's sturdily built - it fell seven feet from overhead storage onto a concrete floor without suffering any damage.

I've not used one before, as I'd heard the electric ones were not strong enough, and with a bad back, I would not be able to use a gas blower. Well, now I wish I'd picked one up sooner. This seems to work quite well. When used as a vacuum, I guess caution needs to be used to protect the impeller from rocks and such when in vacuum mode, which is made of either aluminum or pot metal, though it looks like it would be easy enough to replace (I need to check into that). So far, this has made my yard work alot easier. It does feel cumbersome, but speeds up my work enough that I don't really care. I'd like to see some sort of power cord lock on it, but overall it seems to be just what I needed.

Unless you only need to blow a 100 sq ft area with very light leaves, this is not the blower you need. Turned up to it's maximum speed, it is like blowing through a straw. When using the vacuum, you practically have to press it on the ground to suck anything up. After 10 minutes of trying to vacuum a small pile of leaves, I gave up and swept them up. When I emptied the bag, it didn't even mulch any of the leaves.
Don't waste your money.

I bought this because we have a lot of very large leaves. This saved us a lot of time raking and bagging because it mulched it down to a fraction of the volume we would have otherwise had. Overall very happy with the way it works.

I bought this item to replace a similar Toro I had for some years. The impeller is metal, that is an improvement. The vacuum power is somewhat greater. The blower feature seems similar. Variable speed seems a bit over rated as I used full force at all times.The vacuum column is longer than my older model, which posed no problem for me, but I'm about six feet tall. It might prove a bit harder to handle for someone substantially shorter. Overall, I am quite satisfied. I still can't use the sling on the vacuum bag over my shoulder, but I can live with that.
