This is the exact toilet tank and color I required. It was packaged expertly and arrived on time. The Cadet 3 is one of the best toilet systems available. I strongly recommend it as well as Home Depot.

You don't have to be an expert in Hydrodynamics to realize that this fixture works better than what the average person would expect. This tank is paired up with the Cadet 3 Model # 3016.016.020 bowl.
If you hear and see it in action, it might just destroy any doubts that a low water system like this can perform as well. And believe me. Our household has tested this fixture for solids and were impressed with it's capability considering the low amount of water that is needed to do it's job.
The tank doesn't need to be any bigger than it is. This is especially a plus for those smaller bathrooms like for my older home.
The only Cons would be: Due to the high-flow / low-water design. The flush noise is a little louder than what you may be used to, but the flush time is considerably shorter in contrast. And to get the performance I needed. I adjusted the water level to the max of the rim of the small white pipe in the tank. I think it may be called the overflow pipe.
All in all. It's a definite recommend.
You might check your local water supplier. Sometimes they offer a rebate for fixtures like these, as well!

"Excellent value. I read a lot of reviews before ditiching our old 5+ gallon toilet from the 1970s. This one works much better than the old one, with a very forceful flush. I'm glad I didn't go for a pressure-assisted model.
This tank is small compared to the old one, but it's actually kind of large considering the amount of water inside. As far as color goes, white is classic. Avoid colors unless you want to remodel your bath every 5-10 years.

"Simple" is the best word to describe this tank unit. Simple means cost effective maintenance and readily available replacement parts that are easy for the D.I.Y. guy like me.
Coupled with the "Cadet3" bowl, "Away goes troubles down the drain!"
Our Church is remodeling its restrooms and I suggested using these toilets because they are so effective and save water.

Easy to assemble even for a one legged amputee like me, of course with assistance, but I like to get in there and do a little bit. Works the best of all toliets we have ever bought and like I said, satisfaction is buying two of them and the pedestal sink to match in bone.

You won't find a better flushing toilet. I had a more exspensive one with vacuum assist and it didn't work as well. This is a simple design with a foolproof flapper and simple water level system. It works on very little water.
I liked the ist one I bought so well that I bought a second one for my other bathroom.

This tank is smaller than the ones we have had before, as in, a box of kleenex barely sits on top of it. But, it does seem to do its job the way its supposed to. So, I have no complaints with it.
