I was a little skeptical about getting one of these, but I was tired of cleaning my fireplace and the ashes. I can use this all year long not just when it is cold, because it has both options just for the look of the burning logs, and also with heat. It looks so realistic! I was really suprised how great it looks and what a difference it makes in my room. My best friend had to go out and get one too!!

I have been using electric fireplaces for 2 seasons. It has been so efficient just heat the area in the house that I am in as opposed to turning up the furnace and heating un-used space. I have one in the family room and Bed room. Its great warmth without having to heat the whole house when I’m only going to be there for a few hours or don’t have the need to heat ever room.

Installing a gas fireplace for us was not an option, so we purchased the electric fireplace insert. We love it! Our fireplace looks beautiful, and the extra heat it throws off is awesome. We have received many compliments- and people are amazed at the ease of cost, ease of setup, and ease of use. Love the fact that I can shut the heat feature off too- that way we can still have fires in the summer. I will also add, I use this constantly and have not noticed a difference in my electric bills. Would definately recommend this product.
