Truly Disappointed

I've had my new dishwasher installed for a week. It has not cleaned the dishes even after putting the same dishes through numerous wash cycles. Having the heated dry on only bakes the dirt on to the dishes. My first GE dishwasher had to be repaired twice and only lasted 6 years. I hoped GE had improved their product. What a disappointment. The first dishwasher was built better than this one. The repair man is coming today. He can take it away with him. I will never buy another GE appliance again!!!!

Nice and Quiet

I hated working in the kitchen when the dishwasher was running because of the noise. But now it doesn't matter! Its quiet and does a great job. It doesn't get the really sticky and tough stuff off without a pre-wash but most dishwashers don't. I never have to wash my dishes after I take them out of the dishwasher which is a nice experiance.

The first time I used this dishwasher I was disappointed. The dishes came out relatively wet with heated dry on, compared to my previous GE (which by the way lasted 12.5 years without any service). I did some research and found that I should use the maximum amt of jet-dry and load better! Now the dishes come out completely dry and extremely clean. Much better than my old Ge. This machine is very quiet and has a has a large capacity. You can really do major dishes . The only thing that I do not like about it is the fact that the digitial readout remains on when you close the door when not in use. I haven't figured out yet how to delete it....hmmm....there must be a way! Overall I am very pleased with this machine and would purchase it again!

I purchased this dishwasher last week and am very impressed with the amount of dishes that fit in it! It's very spacious and cleans the dishes great-without a lot of pre-rinsing. Its operation is very quiet-after replacing a 12 year old one, I wasn't quite sure it was running the first time I turned it on! Excellent product!
