I bought mine exactly 3 years and 8 days ago, and today it died. It quit heating food. My last microwave oven came installed with the house and lasted 12 years! This is ridiculous.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This was a must buy first as a space saver over my range. The color is beautiful and unique. Much more alluring than the regular stainless steel...really adds flare to you kitchen decor. The space is enourmous. Two removable racks give you three levels of cooking. BEWARE....this is a monster with super cooking power! Love the multiple one touch features like: popcorn, vegetable, beverage, potato or just reheat. The turntable can be turned off if you prefer. Even has a delayed light, vent fan (which multiple levels) and surface light with a dimmer. So cool. Express cooking buttoms from one to six minutes, by just the press of one single button. Even has a help menu when you are not sure what to do.They have thought of everything. Love it, Love it, Love it...
