Great looking/performing OTC Microwave,

"This over the counter microwave looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen! Home Depot delivered it as promised and it looks great. Especially like the auto night light feature. Set the timer in advance and each evening, the night light comes on and goes off according to your pre-established settings.
Has two racks and a turntable with a simple to use dial. This OTC model is not too high off the counter for comfortable and safe use by an older or younger person."

Very sad product, but it looks nice!,

"I installed this microwave today and as soon as I plugged it in, had issues.
First, I turned on the lights on the bottom of the unit to clean up my installation mess and one of the two bulbs burned out. This is a big concern for me because my parents purchased a GE microwave several years ago and have had problems with their lights ever since.
Second, yet another big issue. Every once in a while when I shut the door, the unit "turns on." I still haven't figured this out but sometimes when you shut the door or press on the unit a certain way (which I found while cleaning it) the light and fan inside the unit turn on. It isn't actually cooking, they just turn on and stay on. I tested this with a glass of cold water, which stayed cold.
Things aren't built like they once were."
