I have been looking at this washer and dryer set for a few months and researching them too. I am glad i did not pay too much into the bad reviews it got, because I could not be happier! I can do double the clothes at once in this washing machine than in my old one, takes much less detergent and water, and the spin makes the clothes almost dry so they don't spend so much time in the dryer. I have had the machine for about 2 months now, and I have NO COMPLAINTS. I got a great deal on the set at the floor model clearance, and got them both for less than the price of the washer alone, so that makes me even happier! I had to go out of state for a week for some surgery, and even taught my 10 year old and 16 year old how to operate it without any problem. They now help me do the laundry that I am back home and recovering. I have washed jeans, duvet covers, comforters, throw rugs, and even my boyfriends mechanic uniforms, evrything comes out looking and smelling super clean! If you need a family size laundry machine.....this is definately worth your look! I LOVE IT!

We wanted a high-efficiency washer that can fit comforters and sheets without having to stuff it to fit and this washer is it! We opted for the black because of its sleek design. It is very efficient, very quiet and uses less water than others that we have used. It is very user friendly.
It does cost more but it is worth every penny!

Everything is good except that you cannot manually set the water level. It doesn`t submerge laundry completely, and as I can see through the glass, while it washes and rinses my wash load, the top of it is not covered with water at all.
I am very sensitive to smells - I buy detergent clear of dyes and perfumes and I add extra rinse for all wash cycles for this reason - and I could still smell the specific chemical with which my new out-of-box bedware was penetrated.
Definitely does not clean as good as I wished it would. My old White-Westinghouse washer was better, it`s a shame they don`t make them anymore.

First let me tell you that I'm a guy who doesn't know anything about washer and dryers. I just wash my clothes and go. So I was looking for something stylish and simple to use. I bought this Bravo and it works great. Used it for the very first time without the instructions and is very user friendly. Very quiet machine as the washer is on the second floor. Looks great with the matching dryer. Would recommend anyone to buy this.

Tangles my sheets even on the sheet setting. I have tried all the settings and still does it. Then when it starts to spin it throws it off balance and shuts down.

This is a great washing machine! I was a little sceptical about getting a "top load" machine since I went into the store to get the new front load style. I was drawn to this one mostly because of the capacity of 4.5 tub. No front loads had that capacity. I just visioned washing my comforters in it! When it was delivered, I immediately used it and without even looking at the guide, I knew what to do. It is very user-friendly. I love that you can select several options for your wash (settings just for sheets, bulky items such as a comforter, etc). This is a great washing machine and uses barely any water but does an amazing job cleaning even the toughest soiled items! It also cuts my drying time in half! I highly recommend this washer.

We just recently got the Bravos and they work wonders! The capacity at 4.5 i couldnt believe how much room i still had left after all the close were in the wash. Our laundry room is on the 2nd floor of our home next to the bedrooms , so having a quite washing machine is key. I couldnt even hear it and it finished within the hour, with the clothes almost dry from the spin cycle. Buy this washer you wont be disappointed! Its an excellent product i would highly recommend!!
