"Great product it works as well as some reviewers on different websites claimed. My wife loves it, the cloths come out very clean and the noise level is very low when compared with our last kenmore front loader. The finished indicator is a pleasant little tune."

"After extensive research and pricing we chose the LG WM2233. We have had this appliance for 3 months now and I can honestly say we have no major complaints. However, if we have to be really picky here's just a few quirks I have:
-Slight vibration w/heavy loads (I have to be in the wash room to notice this though)
-Will not do super light loads; shuts down w/error reading
-When cleaning bottom spout debri there's enough water coming out that we need a towel to absorb it. Unlike the manual that suggests you use a container to capture the water from the hose, it does not mention anything about water release from the dibry spout when cap is removed.
Other than that, I have no "major" complaints and we are content with this washer."

"I normally don't write reviews but I had to on this washer. This washer is awesome. It works great on all types of clothes. The setting for baby care has definitley put us at ease being new parents. We don't have to worry if our son's clothes are going to get messed up or if his clothes won't be clean enough. Just as some other have wrote, you almost have to be in the same roon with it in order to figure out if it is on even during the spin cycle. I also love the delay wash feature. I like putting the clothes in the washer at night before bed and then delaying for an hour or two before we wake. That way the clothes don't get that mildew smell and they are ready to be dried."

"Wow what a washer it is great. It even got some old stains out of my dish towels that were there for a long time. I find the clothes come out smelling great and way less wrinkled. I have the matching dryer and it also is awesome. I had trouble with the vent coming loose but they are to come and fix it. I also find that if I leave the washer door open after the last (only) load that there is not a rubbery smell either. When it dries I close the door."

"I bought the washer in June and the dryer just two weeks ago. I love the machines, however, you must only use High Efficiency Detergent. Otherwise it will accumulate suds and stop working. I too had the leaking problem, but probably my serviceman was more knowledgeable and he said the hoses were rubbing against each other and causing the leak."

"I just purchased this washer and a dryer in Dec. 07 and the washer continues to leak on the floor. The service man came out and spent all of twelve minutes looking at it and said he doesn't see anything wrong with it. He also let it out that LG's are known for leaking. I wish i would have known this before I purchased this product. I thought this would be my last washer for a long time. I guess I was wrong."

"Just wanted to comment on this washer (2233hw) and the dryer (DLG3744). The items both clean very, very well--however i just wanted to point out something regarding the product specifications. Even though it says that there is a 19 hr time delay on the washer, that it incorrect--the maximum time allowed is 12 hrs. Secondly, if you are interested in the stationary drying rack to use insideof the dryer---that is an additional cost---not included with the set like it is on some other LG models and styles. Otherwise, excellent product for the money."

"Have had this machine for about 1 month. Replaced a Kenmore washer and dryer with LG, they Kenmores died after 9 years. I have to say that the delivery was excellent as well as the installation, kudos to Home Depot! The washer works extremely well, I never realized how clean my clothes could be. All of the different cycles are exactly what I need. Extremely quiet and stable. So far so good...I am very pleased."

"We've had this washer for about three weeks now and have no complaints. It is much quieter than I'd anticipated. It does have some vibration at top speeds, but nothing worrisome or - really - even noticable. Our laundry room is on the second floor and we have no leakage concerns thusfar. More bells and whistles than we will really use regularly, but I guess they are nice to have, and don't see the 4.2 cu. ft. model being worth the $$ upgrade for even more. Strongly consider this machine in your research."

"We purchased this about a month ago and we love it. It really doesnt shake that much, something I was worried about. We are kicking ourselves though for not getting the matching dryer. We will wait for a sale and pick it up then. We did get the drawer with it and that is very nice to have. We also had Home Depot install it which made me feel better to make sure it was done correctly."

"I've had this for 6 months now and I love this washer. The clothes come out so much cleaner. I do less loads of laundry since I can get so much into one load. I find I'm washing rugs, pillows and other extras just to fill up the load.

"I have four children so I wash a lot of clothes. When I purchased this washer I didn't realize how my clothes were not getting really clean until I used this washer. I could smell the difference on my first load. They smelled really deep down clean. I also love the fact that this machine has a sanitizing setting and also a stain removal setting. Wow, do they really work! It is also really nice to be able to add the detergent, prewash, softener and bleach all at the same time. The child lock is wonderful too. What a time saver! I would recommend this washer to anyone who wants really clean clothes. What a great product. Even though the manufacturer recommends using a special detergent for this product, I just use 1/8 cup of regular detergent and it works fine. As you can see you can also save a lot of money on detergent. You can't go wrong with this machine."

"This washer is excellent in every way it has took a all day on Saturday and turn it into free time for me and my family.
with this LG front loader the clothes comes out very clean and almost dry it only takes 25 min to wash. this is the best house hold item I have ever purchase. I enjoy wahing now it is not a chore now because I have time to do other things I enjoy.
I would and do recommend it to all my friends and to any one that is looking for a washer I recommend LG product This washer is so easy to work that my 9 year old granddaughter can operate it with out any problem Thanks LG for this product I love it I also that the drawer that goes under it for storage great I deal"
