Great Dryer!,
January 14, 2008
"Have had this dryer for a few weeks and have very little to complain about. Did notice that lint balls on darker sheets were an issue once as mentioned in another review, but had that in our old dryer, too. Plenty of bells and whitles, can't imagine that you'd need more. Very quiet - cute ending tones. Not as "cavernous" as I'd imagined that the front loaders would be, but overall very happy with my choice."

LG IS ONE OF BEST MAKERS OUT THERE...WOW,
August 15, 2007
"I did not really know much about LG until I was building a new home and looking into upgrading my washer dryer set. It is definitely one of the best kepts secrets. There products are excellent and I am extremely happy with the purchase of this dryer. Did I mention the features. Everything you could ever want in a dryer. My favorite is the additionaly rack for drying delicates, sweaters or even sneakers in 15 minutes flat. I was totally amazed. This product is a worker. Quick drying, low on wrinkles, many different cycles and additional features. I have recommended this product and just LG in general to everyone I know. I had a different washer and dryer set made by Maytag, that I was very happy to leave at my old home. It was only two years old, but had been serviced six times in that time period. What a waste of money! Thank goodness for extended warrantly. We additionally, purchased the pedestral...definitely worth it for the extra storage and back-saver (for the constant bending down if you don't buy one.) I have been using this product for over eight months and I love it, love it, love it!!!"

LG Dryers still Hidden Gems,
June 23, 2007
By DaveinPennsylvania
from Johnstown,Pennsylvania
"LG dryers are the United States' best kept secret in appliances. The LG Electronics 7.3 Cu. Ft. Front Control Electric Dryer,
Model DLE3733W, which I recently purchased at Home Depot, is easily the best dryer I have yet to own. It literally blows my previous dryers out of the water. Let me tell you why that is please. First off,LG dryers feature advanced technology that makes them some of the quietest on the market today. That is no propaganda and I do not work for or sell LG products. Thier dryers are INCREDIBLY quiet and had I known a dryer could work so well and yet be so very quiet while in use I would have purchased this model a year ago when I first began my "New Dryer Shopping".
My previous dryer was like Thunder In The Valley when it was running, as the noise was almost at the level the local motorcycle rally in my town makes every fourth weekend in June. This LG dryer is whisper quiet and I appreciate that so much.
Wait a minute please. There is more. This dryer has a NeveRust Stainless Steel Drum and holds 7.3 cubic feet of clothes. The sensor dry system measures moisture in the drum during the cycle, then automatically adjusts the drying time and temperature for optimal fabric care. That means you will save electricity AND your clothes will come out in better condition and less wrinkled than they would with the old dinosaur type dryer you used to use.The delicate cycle uses just a tad of heat on your clothes and makes your finer clothing come out looking great and not baked. This dryer seems to know that delicates need to be handled with tender loving care and it does just that.
Are you still not sold on this dryer? What if I told you this dryer actually has a Wrinkle Care Cycle so that dry clothes are periodically tumbled without heat to reduce wrinkles. A Chrome Rimmed Door with Clear Glass(so you can see your clothes inside) and is stackable with the matching washer (WM2233).Oh yeah I forgot to mention the 7 Drying Programs and 5 Temperature Levels it has to use. My clothes come out in half the time my old dryer took to dry them and in much better shape with far less wrinkles. Add to that the fact that this dryer uses 1/2 the power my 15 year old dryer used to consume and I figure this dryer will pay for itself in energy savings in 3 years time. I purchased an extended 5 year warranty on this dryer because there is very little information yet on the reliability of LG dryers. Still, if the reliability of LG dryers proves to be even 1/3 their performance and features I figure I made a very wise purchase. LG is still not well known in the U.S.A. appliance trade but if they keep making models like this dryer they will easily be a more common household word than Whirlpool or GE. I definitely recommend this dryer!!!"
