After 6 months, they unit needed a major repair,

"I am so disappointed in this dryer! After 2 weeks, the flow sensor said that it was completely clogged. I checked and there was nothing blocking the flow. Even when the service man ran the dryer with out any attachment, it still showed blocked. The service man never figured it out.

It started to take a long time for the clothes to dry. For example, it took 2 hours for 6 towels to dry but they couldn’t find anything wrong with the unit.

Four months later, it smelled like something burned inside it and the clothes were coming out both hot and wet at the same time. A heating element had burned out. I had the unit for about 6 months and suffered a major component failure.

It was supposed to be a good machine but I’ve had nothing but trouble with it."

"I did my research and looked at all the units and this one has all the bells and whistles. It works effortlessly, it has so many nice features that the others did not think about. The warranty is standard and I bought the ESP for 4 years for $99. I cannot believe how quiet this unit runs. Glad I bought LG and you will be too...."

"After months of looking and wishing, we bought this dryer (and matching washer) during the appliance sell, so we got a great price on them both. This dryer has an abundant amount of extras and allows the user to have more control over the cycles and drying time. The controls and electronic display are very informative and also user friendly. This large dryer is very quiet.

LG is highly rated, a very important factor before we purchased. This is a great buy - you won't be disappointed."
