"This dishwasher is very quiet, you can hear it when it runs, but its still very quiet. The silverware basket gives you lots of options. DIshes dont flip upside down or move around because there are pieces to hold dishes/glasses in place. Stemware fits in the top rack. There are plenty of options for wash cycles. I love the delay which you can set for 2, 4 or 6 hours. Looks great in the kitchen!!!! The stainless steel tub interior looks great too! You can lock this dishwasher which is great for keeping the kids out."

Maytag Dishwasher,

"We gutted the kitchen last summer & all the appliances were purchased on this site - didn't see them in person until delivered.
No disappointments!
This dishwasher has some wonderful features. I wish they posted photos of the interior of it.
1. The top rack is staggered into about three levels so even really tall plastic cups fit.
2. Top rack also has a fold down rod that prevents items from flipping over as well as a section with two levels perfect for sippee cups & their lids or the stem of wine glasses.
3. Bottom rack has a section with a choice of tine distance - close together for regular dishes or wider spacing for large pots, bowls, etc. Also has option for two tier section (cups on one level saucers on the other or large utensils on the higher portion.
4. Option for rinse only or delay start for a few hours.
5. Very quiet while running.
6. Convertible flatware basket.
7. Control panel lights up & is located on top lip of door making it all but invisible & out of reach of little ones.
8. Light indicates when load is clean.
Only thing I would change: Add an option for heated dry without having to run the clean cycle first and illuminate the actual panel buttons.
Had to get used to bending over a bit farther but love the fact that so many awkward items fit easily. The added depth is great!"

not so sure,

"I think for a dishwasher, this works really well. It's the first one we've had in the house that we've lived in for over 7 years, so my standards probably aren't that high. We use it daily and there are very few dishes that have to go through again. I thought it was really loud at first but I really don't notice it now, there have even been a few times I've put my ear against it to see if it was on. My biggest complain about this dishwasher is that we've had it about 6 months now, and after hosting a few dinners and BBQ's I've noticed pretty bad scratches on the handle and other areas. I have the black one and they are very noticeable. I just think that Maytag would have a more scratch resistant surface on a dishwasher. I haven't even owned it a year, I bought it for its looks and now it looks bad."
