Works well so far. I love having the extra freezer room. I buy in bulk and bag into smaller portions. This size is perfect for us.
I gave this unit an average rating at this time as there are no issues with the unit so far. However, the true indication of quality and value is proven on how the unit holds up over time and 1 month is just not enough time for a good fair judgement. Will review at one year and rate accordingly.

So far, so good. Works fine. Perfect size - I have this in the garage and check the power-on light every time I pass by, which was one reason I selected this model. It runs very quietly. I filled it up quick with overflow from my small refrigerator freezer and a few trips to Costco.

We've only had the freezer a few weeks, so cannot pass on pros or cons. I will say, however, that it was delivered and installed free, and for a $200 purchase where we live, that is a bargain. The delivery folks were prompt, friendly, and did their job well.

What can I say? It's a freezer. I plugged it in and it got cold. The compressor is very quiet when it runs. I love being able to stock up on frozen goods. Time will tell if this is a quality item or not. 3 months and counting.

We ordered this chest freezer to replace one that had died. When the freezer was delivered, it was a very rainy day so it was wet when the delivery crew placed it in our garage. After they left, I dried it off and noticed a dent on the front. I was very bummed as I did not think that anything could be done since I had signed off that there was not damage on the delivery paperwork. I called Home Depot, explained the situation and they immediately offered to replace it. That is amazing customer service that I very much appreciate. Thank you Home Depot for having great customer service!

This freezer is idea for small spaces. I live in an apartment and this freezer takes up very little space in the corner of my kitchen. The style and storage space is great. I now will make fewer trips to the grocery store. I love the fact that all the controls you can adjust from the external front of the freezer. I bought this product due to the customer ratings and I'm happy with my purchase.

Everything we needed for a freezer chest, stays cold and can even go colder if needed. Not to noisy as some people said, but then again we keep it in the basement unfinished area so doesn't affect us anyway.

We were debating buying a chest freezer for a while and after our normal fridge died because according to our landlord we "choked" it with too much stuff we went ahead and bought this freezer.
