This little heater kicks out major warmth! It heated up my office in 10 mins and is pretty quiet. Definitely have to say it exceeded my expectations.

Awesome! ... Until the knob broke.

I bought this heater a year ago for my home office, which is located in our finished basement. It works great and is reasonably quiet. This would have gotten 5 stars, but the plastic knob that controls the fan speeds broke a month ago. I tried to fix it several times, but to no avail. I can still turn it on and off using pliers, but who wants to do that?
Also, it has a red light that stays on all the time even when it's turned off, which is an unnecessary drain on electricity, so I unplug it when it's not in use.
Worth it, if you are always careful with the knobs and have a set of pliers handy.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought this for our motel office. Wonderful! Heats quickly, quiet, love the ability to adjust heat level and fan speed.
