"This product is good only when it's working. I've been using it for about a year everyday for ~30 mins each day and now it just broke down. A few months ago it was starting to shut off while running once in a while. Now, it stopped working. I can press the buttons and hear the beeping but that was it. I tried to unplug and re-plug it but no luck. I'm looking for a new one to replace it."

"I love this heater, it warms up my room pretty good and with the remote control I can turn it off any time and turn it back on before I get out of the bed. In an apartment building you always have to wait till they feel like turn on the heat, this way I have a say when I want my room warm. One of the best Buys I've Made."

"I bought this heater and a sunbeam heater three years ago. The sunbeam didn't work right after the first year but this heater is still going strong. I was checking online today to make sure they still made the heaters because I'm going to buy one for my basement."

"i have purchased 5 of these for various applications residential and office use. they have all had problems sooner than later.. not worth the money... bought a 20 one last time and it works better and is more worth the money and lasted longer than these. these are just aesthetically more pleasing."

"I bought 2 of these heaters 3 years ago and they are still going strong. I use them in my basement to heat approx 1200 sq ft. I know the sq ft shown on the packing is only 140 sq ft but these heaters heat my basement to a comfortable temp of 68-70 degrees during the winter. I would highly recommend these heaters."

"We bought 2 of these units last year between the holidays to supplement the heat in our basement. They worked great last winter. We got about 1 week of use out of them this year and now neither one of them work. They will not even turn on. They were not misused and were stored in a clothes closet for the summer. If you want a heater that will last, I have 2 reasons for you to look at something other than these units: they are 2 Lasko Pedestal ceramic heaters sitting in the corner of my basement collecting dust."
