I bought this item for myself for Christmas. It records and takes pictures. I like it because it is small and easy to carry. Just make sure you buy a SD card before you try to use it. The camera itself is great. I'm having a hard time trying to covert the files on to DVD's which doesn't come with the camera. Anybody that knows how please let me know.

I found that the camera was not very user friendly , it was hard to find your way around in the menu. The software i installed in my computer was also hard to use . So i would not go out of my way to buy this product.

I brought this as a gift for my son at Cristmas time and the shipping was free so all I paid was to purchase the item. Price was good no shopping lines and he loved the camera and the video and that it comes with a UBS cord. It was a good Deal

I would recommend this camera to a friend. It takes nice clear pictures and the video is easy to use. For the price it can't be beat. I leave it in my purse since it is so small and I've already taken pictures and video I would've never gotten with a larger camera. Great item. I still haven't used all the features.

i would definitely recommend this nifty product to anyone in the need of reliability and affordability. Not only is it inexpensive compared to a camcorder but has the mp3 and game capability as well as the camera. this would be great gift for your aspiring filmmaker or youtuber. It is more convenient than anything else since it is so much smaller.

Great All in One Digital Camcorder!

I purchased (2) of these camcorders for my teenagers for Christmas, and they were both delighted. The fact that this camera not only records like a camcorder, it also takes great photos and will play MP3 music. All data is stored on a popular" easy to find anywhere", SD Memory card. Comes complete with with ear buds and easy programming, all in one unit at a great price for the money.
The only down side is first learning the buttons and setup, but once you read and follow the easy flow chart manual included with this unit, it becomes second hand knowledge and very easy to use.
With 30 years of electronic service behind me, I have seen a lot of changes in the consumer market. As for this unit, I would highly recommend for all!
