I love reading reviews of products before purchasing them & the reviews on the cool touch electric griddle sold me! It it so simple to use & clean up. The instructions indicate to "season" the griddle by rubbing it lightly with oil then removing the excess with a paper towel. I do this before each use and I've never had a problem with sticking [food is not greasy either as other reviewers had mentioned]. Also, other reviewers said that it slides on their countertops - I put a thin towel underneath and slipping hasn't been a problem for me. Cleanup is a breeze too. Plus, I haven't had to make room to store it because it hasn't left my countertop! My young boys love pancakes, french toast, & grilled cheese and this griddle cooks them so quickly. I've never before had such excellent pancakes! Bacon is a cinch to cook and the drip tray catches the excess fat. You'll be happy with this purchase!

I received my griddle just in time for Christmas and used it to make a big Christmas breakfast for my family and friends. I was able to make large quantities of pancakes, french toasts and bacon in less time than it would have taken me using my stove, it was quick and easy.

would reccommend this to all my friends, i had one and used it until i had to buy another, it is easy to use , to clean up and you can cook almost all of your items at once. And the price was reasonable,too.
