A waste of money!,
July 3, 2009

"I was initially excited when we first got this grill. It cooked well and had plenty of grilling space and versatility. Despite the fact that we took great pains to keep it well covered, we noticed rust setting in within two months on this "stainless steel grill".
The burners began to rust and fall apart soon after. I decided to do the yearly burner maintenance and found that I could not remove any screws, as they were extremely eroded. So in the end, I now have a $400+ hunk of steel on my deck. Do not waste your money!

Impressed with price,

"After paying half price online, even with the tremendous shipping cost, I was very pleased with this grill. Cooks wonderfully just as expected and looks nice on our deck. Yes nothing is perfect and I would make minor changes if I designed this grill, however for what it does and what we paid I'm not going to complain over the fact that the untensils don't fit in the drawer designed... my husband rigged up a hanger on the inside of the door on the bottom... problem fixed at half the price! Would recommend to others yes."

So far so good,

"I've had the grill for a couple of months. I got it right before the Super bowl for my B-day. So far No rust No problems with the burners. It was really E-Z to put together. Luckily HD had a cover that barley fits it. I've had a handful of lower end grills, but I’m glad I took the step up. There is lots of room to grill multiple meats. Kinda wish there was a place to hang the grilling utensils. Know I’m force to clean them instead of leaving hanging with BBQ sauce, my dogs miss that treat."

Dont Buy,

"I have had this grill for several months and have used it 6 or seven times. I had to move the food back into the kitchen to finish griling because the burners do not work. Im in the process of trying to call about warranty. You shouldnt have to do this on a brand new grill. I have a 15 year old weber that i havent throw away yet. Take it from me. You pay for what you get.
This grill has a cheap price and cheap options that dont work.. Im disgusted.

burners not hot enough,
December 8, 2008

"other reviews are correct, the burners rust after a few uses.
I've had this grill since late Aug. and yes the burners are rusted and the grill, either the burners or regulator quit working, cannot get flame to stay on even after changing several differant propane tanks. Had to call HD & Charmglow Tech support to get help. They told me it probably the reg. so i will try it agiain.

uniquely hidden rotisserie,

"The uniquely hidden rotisserie is to low to get anything to big on. Even taking the grill out of the center section there isnt much room for more than a small roast or small chicken. Other wise seems like a good grill but have only used it once and just bought it yesterday 8/31/2008"

"This grill will begin to rust after a couple of months.
The stainless steel burners are not stainless steel.
Add few more $$ and buy a Weber.
