Utilizing an adjustable knob that changes the distance between its rollers, the pasta roller attachment rolls dough into sheets of desired thickness for homemade egg noodles, ravioli, lasagna, and other types of pasta. The sheets of pasta may then be cut using either the fettuccini or linguini/spaghetti cutter attachment to create various widths of pasta.

This attachment has high quality components. It is very easy to use as well. The roller attachment is great and the fettucini cutter works great. The angel hair/spaghetti cutter is tricky and it is hard to keep the pasta from sticking together. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product to others.

The attachments connect to the KitchenAid Mixer very easily. The components are well made and rugged. We were successful making pasta the very first try, and it was great!
This is a nice kit because you can make fettucini and spaghetti sized pasta without spending $500 for the larger KitchenAid Pasta Excellence kit.

What a difference having the Pasta Roller and Cutters for my KitchenAid mixer has made for me. Now I have both hands free to "feed and catch" the dough, where with the "crank" type you didn't. I love it and have used it often. I would recomment this to anyone who makes their own pasta and has a KitchenAid mixer.
