need 24 hrs to reach the temp? No Star for it!,

"We just bought the stylish refrigerator, don't like it. First, you have to bend to take out the ice from the bottom drawer; second, the front water dispenser is too narrow; third, when you close the upper doors, it makes noise; and the worst part is, we accidently turned the temperature to higher level from inside of it, (it's so confused, the inside temperature control is marked "cold " or "colder", so we adjust to "cold", and we didn't realize it was too warm) and found out all the food in the freezer turned odor and bad. And from the outside LCD screen, we had set the refrigerator temperature to 65 and the freezer to 63, and we tried to fix the mistake and reset the temperature. From 4pm yesterday to now, the temperature still remain "65" and "63", and the Owner's Manual indicated 'EACH TIME YOU ADJUST THE CONTROLS, ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR THE REFRIGERATOR TO REACH THE TEMPERATURE YOU HAVE SET"
OMG, I hope I misunderstood what it meant in the Manual, otherwise, once you set the temperature too warm by accidently, you have no refrigerator in use for 24 hrs!!! That's a big problem."

"Just received this unit. It is awesome. The last side -by -side unit we had made it difficult to find things. Now every thing is right in front of you. No more crouching down. I love the water dispenser too. It actually measures your water for you in oz, liters, cups. Great for cooking. You ask for a cup of water, and it gives you a cup of water. This unit is quiet, and gorgeous looking. Free home delivery from Home Depot. Best appliance buying experience I have ever had."

Looks very nice however not practical in use,

"We purchased this refrigerator end of last year and although it looks beautiful, it is not at all practical. The two freezer drawers do not hold much because of their being two. drawers. You have to be so craeful when placing items in the freezers becasue they can get caught trying to close the drawers. The ice tray located in the second drawer at the bottom, spills ice all over the floor and in the back when it gets too full, which is most of the time unless you turn it off. We have had the repair man out here once becasue the ice fingers part is made of plastic and it bent therefore we had no ice for two weeks. The Armoire style with one freezer drawer may work better.We have an old style refrigerator in our garage, freezer on top, one door, which we use a lot."
