"We really love this dryer. After searching everywhere for a quality front-loader at an affordable price, we lucked out and got this one on sale on-line. It easily handles large loads and is very quiet. Plus, the washer and dryer are stackable, which is great for us b/c our laundry is off the kitchen. We feel we got an amazing deal!"

"I just have to say that this is the best purchase I have ever made. I love my new washer and dryer. They save me time and money. Most times the dryer gets done before the washer is finished... which is great because you can fold the laundry while the washer is finishing. No more waiting for the dryer to complete its cycle to start a new load!! They are so quiet as well!! Sometimes you have to check and make sure you turned them on. I would reccommend this product to anyone!!!"

STAY AWAY - You'll be washing all day!!!!!,

"Bought this washer/matching dryer thinking front loading was the way to go. WRONG!!!!! Wash cycles sometimes take over 2 HOURS!!!! Then the clothes are soaked, so you have to put them through the spin cycle again. If you DARE put too much detergent in, you are UP THE CREEK and will be doing that load of wash ALL DAY, the thing does not stop. Called the repair man for a dryer issue and he told me he would NEVER own this washer/dryer. (He was a GE repair man!!!!!!) He said they have many flaws, which they can't figure out! He was RIGHT!
Worst decision, laundry-wise, I ever made. I had a Fridgidaire up and down Gallery - model and it was just great. The dryer died, so we went "modern" when we replaced it. SO SORRY. The only consolation I have is that when we sell our home, the washer and dryer are STAYING!!! We will replace them w/the Gallery again.
Sometimes newer is NOT better."

"Bought this for a beauty salon where we wash and dry towels ALL day- this machine is super and finishes a load in about 30 minutes! It is a great product and an energy saver too! Highly recommend this machine and we have had two others in the last 10 years- nothing comes close!"

"I love the capacity of this dryer, but have just a few minor complaints. The cottons seem to be more wrinkly, especially when I don't remove them from the dryer immediately. The buzzer indicating that the dry cycle is finished isn't very loud, which brings me back to my first complaint b/c my laundry room is not on the main floor of the house. Overall, though, a great product and I love the interior light! Not that it's a big deal, but I was wondering why this dryer didn't have the active wear cycle that the matching washer does."

"First of all, this dryer is HUGE! There is plenty of room to fit a King Size comforter with no problems. It is super quiet and very much worth the cost. I bought this dryer about a month ago and have absolutely no complaints. The quick dry option works very well and doesn't take near as long as my last dryer. If you're looking for a large capacity dryer then look no further. GE has outdone themselves with this model."

"This is an excellent dryer. Not even considering the fact that the price is exceptional. I have only had this dryer for less than a week, however, I have dried at least 10 loads of clothes. I have yet to have to re-dry a load, not even the ones with mostly jeans. And the setting that I have used is only the basic default setting. I am truely satisfied with this dryer. The only downfall is the installation. If you have an exsisting dryer hose outlet and it is anywhere other than directly behind the dryer, on the wall and leads directly outside, they will not complete the installation. You will have to either pay for someone to install the hose or let the air come into your home."

"Talk about energy savings! My old dryer would run, and run, and run, even if the clothes were dry. With this dryer, the cycle might start at 56 minutes, but after it detects the clothes are dry, the cycle could end after only 30 minutes. It's big and very roomy inside. The light is a great feature for finding that last sock you forgot about."

"Bought the matching washer and dryer. Couldn't be happier. I can't believe how much cleaner the clothes are when they come out of the washer. The washer also takes more water out of the clothes so they dry so much quicker in the new dryer. We had to buy a new set because the old set died. I almost wish the old set died quicker so I could have purchased this set sooner."

"All around great machine. Dries in one cycle due to the moisture sensor. Easy to use and pricing is right for middle classers. Would recommend to those who don't see it necessary to have the "novelty" frontloaders, and fancy colors. Will be purchasing matching washer in next week or so."
