Freezer Shelves & Drawers Fall,

"I love this fridge except for one major problem. Once the freezer shelves were cold they fall of the guides. The drawers do the same things. We are not sure if the freezer itself expanded or if it is the shelves. The shelves fit fine when at room temperature. The fridge looks great has great water and ice machine and plenty of room for everything we need. Unfortunately we do not know what we are going to do about our falling shelves. We have not contacted GE yet, but from other reviews it sounds like there is no fix which is very dissapointing for how much money we spent on this brand new fridge."

"Recently purchased this refrigerator and have had none of the problems the other reviews spoke of. Water tastes great because of the filter. Looks great in my kitchen. Would recommend this refrigerator."

"We have had three ice makers installed, the freezer shelves fall down on one side and when the appliance runs it sounds like a bird chirping. GE is always prompt and courteous but the overall expense is alot for an appliance that is not up to standards. We have always bought GE but am very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend to anyone."

"I am on my second delivery of this product and like some other reviews stated, the shelves in the freezer fall as soon as they get cold. The shelf size is correct at room temp. but once the freezer reaches 0 degrees, they all fall down. This is a great fridge and I like GE, but this is too much to put up with for this kind of money."
