Did not realize what a bad job my old dishwasher was doing until this one. I love it, it is easy to load and does a super job of cleaning everything. It is just the two of us, so it only gets ran ever couple of days and it has no issue getting the older items clean.

I am so dissapointed in this expensive LG dishwasher. I bought it because it got good marks in Consumer Reports. It does not clean the dishes and is always giving me errors. I have called LG twice and gotten some advice to fix plumbing. I paid for the plumber $100 and was assured that the plumbing is just fine, it's the diswasher that is not good. I will be calling LG for an exchange since it is still under warranty.

Purchased this dishwasher back in April what a mistake. The bottom rack isn't big enough to hold my everyday dishes. I rinse everything off before putting them in the dishwasher & they still come out dirty. I want my old dishwasher back

This is sooo quite. Cleans great and drys perfect. No issues in my home. I purchased this to go with my LG french door fridge. Looks good in my new kitchen.

I purchased this dishwasher over a year and a half ago. We had problems with it from the start. Basically, we had to wash the dishes by hand prior to loading them into the dishwasher. We had a service man come out twice to remedy the problem. We did everything the service man suggested, (run the water until hot, use less detergent, use different detergent, put in fewer dishes, rinse more thoroughly prior to loading, etc.) Though the service was prompt, the problem was never solved. Now the washer is past it's warranty period, and I couldn't see paying additional for an extended warranty since most of the major components have been replaced and nothing helped. We are now the proud owners of a drying rack, since this is about the only thing the washer is good for. I will never purchase another LG product again. This one is the lemon of lemons!

We've had this dishwasher for about a month now, and I'm a little disappointed and, honestly, extremely nervous after reading reviews about LG dishwashers on other review sites. My biggest complaints about this dishwasher so far are that the bottom rack goes off track every time you pull it out, and anything baked on will not come clean -- even if you use the scrubbing setting. In its defense, the dishwasher looks great and runs very quietly, but I'm afraid it probably wasn't worth the hefty price tag.

I've now been using this dishwasher (in stainless steel) for about 2 weeks and love it! Getting it just the week before Thanksgiving has really put it to the test. I can't believe how much it will hold and am still amazed that every item is clean in every load, such a joy after my old GE that I babied by scraping AND rinsing prior to loading- then in most cases had to do more rinsing after the wash . I would point out that long handled utensils put in the silverware baket may interfere with the wash arm located under the top rack, I've just been laying them in the top rack now. As for wet dishes, I leave the door shut for the whole cycle and they come out dry.

So far I am pretty pleased with the dishwasher. It's runs very quiet and was easy to install. The only issue I have with it so far is that it takes 2 hours to run the regular cycle. But if you turn it on before going to bed, then you have nothing to worry about.

I am so NOT happy with this dishwasher!! For the PRICE, it isn't worth it! Funny how it doesn't fit right in the place where my old dishwasher fit just fine. It sticks out and is not flush with the cabinet. In addition, there is a gap on both sides, from the top of the cabinet to the floor, and you can see it's not level. They provide nothing to "fill in" those gaps, so it's just stuck in there, not flush to the sides. Looks awful. As far as washing dishes, it's average. You have to really rinse things off before putting them in to wash. My 14 year old dishwasher worked much better, and too bad it broke! It doesn't have many features, and I'm just not impressed. The ONLY good things about it is it is VERY quiet and holds lots of dishes and silverware! You can barely hear it working, but maybe that's why the dishes don't get washed as good.

Worst Cleaning Dishwasher I've Owned

I've been buying and using dishwashers for over 40 years. During this time i've had cheap ones and expensive ones from GE, Kenmore, Maytag, and KitchenAid. This dishwasher is by far the quietest and best looking dishwasher I've ever owned. Unfortunately, it DOES NOT CLEAN! You have to pre-wash everything you put in it. If anything is baked on, forget it. It's still there at the end of the cycle. This machine will not even dissolve all of the detergent from the detergent cup. The only dishwasher I've ever owned that even came close to being this poor at cleaning was a $199 contractors special.

We bought this dishwasher approximately 2 years ago and it is now leaks and won't dry my dishes. Save your money and don't buy it!!!

This is a $700 drying rack. Literally, my wife and now hand wash our dishes and use it as a drying rack because it simply doesn't clean the dishes. In addition it takes three hours to run a cycle. If you want a dishwasher that takes three hours to complete a cycle and when it's done you have to hand wash all the dishes that just got "washed" and you want to spend $700 for the luxury then this is the dishwasher for you.

This dishwasher is awesome. The best thing about It is that it is extremely quiet. The tall tub fits many items and cleans them very well. Its nice to be able to set it ahead to wash the dishes later.

much quieter than our old LG you can stand right nest to it and not hear it running. Dished come out sparkling. One downside remind others that the in unit disposal is not really a disposal it has plastic impellers so its not a substitute for rinsing the dishes
