This fridge has much less space than I expected it to. The freezer is also much smaller than it looked online. It makes a horrile buzzing noise at regular intervals thruout the day.I did not recieve the hardware with it to reverse the door.I believe that for what this fridge offers it was highly overpriced.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We got this refrigerator almost 3 years ago. At first, it took 3 technician visits to fix the crisper drawers so they would not freeze the contents. The door had an annoying squeak that came and went. Lastly, the coolant system sprang a leak. This was not covered under the warranty and is too costly to fix, so a new refrigerator is now on order (not GE). It is too bad, because this is a really nice refrigerator! We will steer clear of this brand in the future!

I give this refrigerator 5 stars... it keeps my vergetables and fruits fresh up to 4 weeks at times even longer without looking wrinkley. The clear shelves and drawers let me see everything so I don't have to go moving things around looking for stuff.
The space an the door is great and again due to the different sizes and adjustments you can do I never have to go digging.
It's has the energy star so it also uses less energy.
I can't say enough about this GE appliance.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Bought this in May '09-immediately had trouble with the freezer drawer wiggling and not opening/closing properly.
Three differnt repairmen came out- said there was nothing they could do .
G.E. said it must have been damaged and there was nothing they could do.
Produce drawers seals are both loose- someone used Elmer's glue to try to fix them.
G.E. would'nt do anything- claims they don't use Elmer's glue to fix anything- what kind of glue DO they use to repair shoddy appliances?
NOW- the fridge door squeaks most times when opened or closed.
I have a call in to G.E.-let's guess what their answer will be!
Our next calls are to BBB and the Attorney General's office.
We have a G.E. washer that has been nothing but trouble since we bought it- We should have known better.
Final word- Do NOT buy this appliance.

This fridge was purchased as an energy-saving upgrade. It's beautiful! The dimensions provided online were right on point, therefore delivery and set-up was a breeze. This is my third major appliance purchase from Home Depot, first appliance purchase online; I must say, the entire transaction was FLAWLESS. The no-interest promotion helps a great deal too.
One thing to mention about the fridge, it does "hum" during it's "cycles," and for me, it takes getting used to. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase!
