I love the styling of this toilet. I haven't had it long, but I have an older Cadet4 in another bathroom and it never clogs. My previous toilet clogged frequently, so I expect this toilet to perform as well as my older Cadet4. It does flush differently than my other toilet; it splashes and leaves the bowl dirty. One reviewer wrote that you trade your plunger for a toilet brush with this toilet, and so far, it looks like that's true...I'm disappointed.

A friend highly recommended this toilet when we began a bath remodel 3 years ago. Previously we had high end designer toilets that were quite disappointing. We have purchased 2 of these toilets in the last 3 years (for separate baths) and will purchase a third one next week. Our contractor recommended a different toilet for the 3rd bathroom remodel,but no one in the family was willing to accept that recommendation. These are the best toilets we have ever owned. Great flush, have never had any problems. The higher seat is quite comfortable, easy to get up and down and we love the optional "no slam" toilet seats. They look very elegant in our new bathrooms. Cannot say enough about the quality of the product.

Quick flush kind of violent nothing stand a chance not even those pesky gold fish be careful, to know where all your pets are before hitting that lever.

This model lives up to every expectation. They said it would flush 25 golf balls. Even though I haven't tried that yet, I have given it my best shot many times and it has handled every thing I've dished out!

I installed this toilet on 1/19/2011 it is the best toilet that we have ever had. Flush is GREAT & QUIET. With our old toilet I was called to plunging duty at least twice a month. Since I installed this Champion 4 toilet 8 months ago I haven't had to plunge once. I have nothing but good things to say about it. The one piece toilet is a little heavy to install by yourself so make sure that you have a good strong helper. Home Depot had a great price also.

Our bathroom remodel has just completed, and we were looking for a nice looking one-piece toilet to complement the flair of the upscale new design. We read the review on Home Depot and chose Kohler Santa Rosa 1.28 GPF one-piece Elongated; it turned out to have a surprisingly powerful flush but the toilet leaks; for every two minutes or so, the water tank will refill. As such, we returned the toilet and swapped with this babe. The price came a bit steeper than the Kohler Santa Rosa but the quality is next to none. Seriously, pay a little extra and you will sleep well at night.

Installation was easy, toilet had a slight flaw on the bottom, which caused the bowl to rock but, I was able to correct this with silicone around the base!! Very good toilet!!!

Only issue is the color

I just installed this toilet and my husband wants to return it because the color does not match the sink we installed. Both are "white" but the toilet color is not as white as the sink. It's not an issue for me but if youbare super picky I would suggest that you choose an Aamerican Standard sink so your fixtures match exactly.

Toilet has a strong, no clog flush. Good design. Only drawback is it is heavy,since it is one piece. Didn't give it five stars because the tank cover doesn't sit fully closed, so the section without enamel shows.

Hey, it's a toilet....what's all the fuss about. Ordered two for a house we had built and I show them off more than the wood floors. I do not own a plunger/snake or whatever one might hide in case of a clog. That's the bottom line.

This toilet replaced the one in our downstairs bathroom. Since the bath is conveniently located it is used by everyone in the household as well as guests. The 25 year old Kohler we replaced had a bad habit of stopping up at inappropriate times. I say inappropriate because the one incident that caused me to act was when a friend of my wife called out from bathroom wondering if we had a plunger. Needless to say I ended up with the non to pleasant task of "unstopping" the mess.
These days I usually turn to the internet to research an item before making a purchase. The choices are numerous and the process of choosing an appropriate product can cause one to become flustered and annoyed. The brands I turned my attention to were primarily Toyo, Kohler and American Standard though there are several others. In the end I chose this American Standard product because of the 2 3/8 inch trap, heavy duty as well as stylish appearance and it's a one piece model. Also the flushing mechanism has readly available replacement parts as needed. Another feature is the glaze finish applied to the interior of the toilet bowl which is designed to minimize cleaning and it does just that. Finally the Home Depot that I usually frequent had one of these models on display even though it had to be ordered. Nothing like having the ability to see and examine a product before going through the ordering process. Finally the 10% military discount was helpful and free shipping direct to our door with the added convenince of retuning a defective product to a physical store location made this decision the correct one. Uniquely this toliet comes without a toilet seat which has to be purchased as a seperate item. Since the purchase price is above average I thought a seat should have been included. That is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating. The good instead of excellent rating as to ease of installation was due to the 116 lb weight of the toilet. I hired a local handy man to install the heavy piece. He and his partner did so did with nary a problem and no problems since. By the way flushing noise is minimal and process efficient. The tank fills up quickly again with miminal noise.
The toilet was delivered to our door in excellent shape and within the promised time frame.

This toilet does everything the manufacturer ckaims, and it does it very well. The flushes are quick and complete every time, regardless of bulk, and the special glaze finish keeps the bowl clean. My only regret is that we hadn't bought a long time ago.

We needed to replace an old waterhog toilet in our master bath, and wanted one that was very functional and yet elegant. This really fits the bill. It is beautiful, not too large, and the flushing power is tremendous. It is kind of like firing a rocket everytime you flush. It is quiet, though, and very efficient. We are very happy with our purchase.

I 'm having this toilet for couple years and now it's leak as same issue as any ordinary toilet. It's one piece toilet and hard to replace the part. Currently I don't know where can I buy the gasket. I may look for other type of toilet. Water pressure is not strong, sometimes i had to flush it twice. It's look good but consider through it away when it's leaking.

This toilet flushes great but has an extremely low bowl water level. That being said, the sides of the bowl do not get a very good wash down. That leads to solids sticking to the side pretty often, required more frequent attention with a toilet bowl brush than you may be used to.
