When I first got this steamer, I used it on chrome fixtures and it worked great but after the 3rd use the steam pressure it produced just wasn't as strong as when I first used it. Unfortunately, I returned the steamer to my local Home Depot store.
I'm giving this steamer a 4 star [Good] rating because it's good for small jobs. If I had a lot of surfaces to clean, I'd go with a more powerful steamer. Too bad the description of this item didn't include that it's only 900 watts because then I would have bought a steamer that was more powerful.

I bought the steamer to disinfect my house. It works GREAT. It would be nice if it came with a few other accesories, but it's a great value for what you get. Made my house sparkle and shine.

I love my steam cleaner!!! It does a great job on the small stuff. It makes my bathroom and kitchen sparkle. All you have to do is steam and then wipe. Your kitchen will look great! It doesn't work that great on windows or mirrors because you still have to wipe. For the money this is great .

This little steamer is a great product for its size and price. I cleaned grout, dirty tiles, glass doors, kitchens and just sat back a watched the grime melt away. No need to use any cleaning products whatsoever, which can add up.
The only negative comments I would have is that one must have it connected to the electricity all the time and have the steam button pressed for it to work. That numbed my fingers after a few minutes. I wish it had a locking device for the steam button.
I also bought mineral free water to extend the product life as suggested in the manual.
In general, it's a great little cleaning tool which sanitizes and melts dirt and grime without much work, other than a tired finger... Great for the price!

It removed the cat urine smell from the mattress!

My situation: the cat had urinated on the bed. First I used an enzyme product that is for cleaning up after pets, but the enzymes only diluted the urine and spread it. By the time I got the steamer, the urine/enzyme solution had dried. I didn't have much hope, but I used the steamer on the mess, anyway, and it worked! The smell of urine and enzymes is completely gone. The mattress definitely is CLEAN.
My husband used the steamer to clean the crud off the drains and pipes when he replaced the bath room sink. The steam melted the crud right off.
This steamer comes with two nozzles, and their attachments.
Attachments for the narrow nozzle: two grout brushes (made of nylon, one short brush and one longer brush), and one brass brush, to use on engines and grills
Attachments for the wider nozzle: microfiber cover to use on clothes, upholstery and mattresses; squeegee for windows
Pros: heats hot enough to sanitize; you can probably do every job you need to do with this; it's inexpensive, compared to other products; heats quickly and is lightweight
Cons: My arm got tired, working on the mattress. I can see the advantage of having the Shark Pocket Steamer, where you are moving a light weight tool as you clean, rather than the whole steamer.
If I find myself using this steamer daily, I might spend the money for a steamer with more capacity, but for now, this one is exactly what I need to do the specific projects that I bought it for.
I'm very happy with my new steamer. It does the work I need it to do, at a price I can easily afford. It has all the attachments I need, and heats the steam hot enough to sanitize.

Great product...would be excellent iif attachments and steamer itself was smaller in size and not quite so bulky,other than that it works great!.

This works great for those hard to clean hard reach details in my engine bay. This steamer and an old rag cleaned it up and made it look brand new.
