"I purchased the steam cleaner to clean a really messy shower. It wasn't a do all machine, but worked really well on the soap scum build up and mildew, not so well on the calcium build up. My wife is sensitive to the chemical cleaners I would have otherwise used. Using steam instead of chemicals became the obvious better choice. A larger capasity machine (hotter & more volume) would have worked better but would have cost about 5 times the price of this machine. This was the best for the money choice of the various machines that I reserched. In hindsight this was a good choice."

"I have a guesthouse and did some research on several different products that will effiiciently clean and destroy dust mites or any other bugs that may be lingering, without harsh chemicals. What sets this product apart from others is the fact that you do not have to keep filling it up with water and the steam is pretty intense. It comes with a small cup that gives you a guideline of how much water per time. It also comes with different attachments. So you can clean anything from the walls to the floor, furniture or anything you can possibly think of. This product is now part of my monthly maintnenance. I cannot find anytihing wrong with this product."

"I've only had it for a week so I can't speak to longevity but this product worked great cleaning the grout & tiles on my kitchen floor. I spent time on my knees with a rag to wipe up the dirt as it was loosened but it did what no cleaner has done and very well."

"I Love this thing and wish I would have bought it two years ago. It does everything it says it will and is powerful. does a great job on the floors also. I would suggest a handle for when it needs to be carried upstairs though."

"I love this cleaner. i had the smaller one and exchanged it for this bigger unit. It cleans our kitchen floor with not much elbow grease. We are remodeling a bathroom and this cleaner makes the cleaning sooo much easier. We can get behind faucets and knobs with the jet cleaner. I like the long cord and the attachments are east to use. I just would like it better if the attachments could be attached to the cleaner."

"Easy to use, made cleaning easier. Would have given this 5 stars if the attachments stored on board (only a few can be put into the small compartment) and if the brushes were stronger. However this is great for floors and windows and other cleaning if you just use the nozzle directly instead of the brushes that are pretty weak."

"It works great on tile. The accessories are not so great. My scrubbie pad came apart on the first use. I am waiting for a replacement. DO NOT USE on painted recessed kithchen cabinets. It melted the paint on 4 of my doors. I am waiting on a claim form from the manufacturer."

"The McCulloch Heavy Duty Steam Cleaner is an excellent product the only problem is that I'm angry that I waited so long to order this heavy duty steam cleaner.

"This is a Good Product. Used it to clean my bathroom. Took the soap scum of with no problems. I also had hard water deposit around the sink, no problem this dissolved it quickly. I also had some rust stains, it removed some but not all. I was not expecting this. I took it to my old dishwasher and had alot of hard water deposit. I was ready to buy a new dishwasher, so I tried the steamer. It took the stains out, it was some work but I saw the shine in the porcelain, It now looks almost new. I rated it a 4 overall because I didn't like the squegee, when using it on my mirror there was too much water running. Overall I use this once a week to sterilize my microwave and stove top. Great product."

"This machine is the greatest. My heavy duty steam cleaner is not nosy, easy to move around, the long hose is functional and convenient. The attachments have worked out great, I let the steam do the work so I don't have to apply a lot of pressure, this makes the brushes last longer. Soap scum melts away from my glass shower doors. My stainless bar b que is five years old and looks new. Years of oil on the lounge chairs has disappeared. The bathroom, kitchen, and hardwood floors are all so clean. The only thing I would add to this machine would be arms to wrap the long cord around. I love NOT buying cleaners."

"I am VERY HAPPY with this steamer!! I have only had the chance to use it 6 times since I bought it--MOVING is NO FUN!!-- Works GREAT!! I know that this fall & winter it'll be GREAT for disinfecting door handles, bathroom fixtures & my whole house!! "I've used this quite a few times now. Its done a wonderful job on the bathroom tile. The only thing is, make sure you wear earplugs when using the small brush attachments because its a little loud. I used the squeegee on the windows and it did a really good job getting the dog and cat nose prints off. It runs for quite a while and we love it."

"I recently purchased this steam cleaner to combat the insect (bed bugs) along with a exterminator. at the same time I have cleaned my bathroom grout lines,kitchen stove , spots in my carpet, soul of my kids gym shoes and many more to come. in some case I have found that this steamer is more powerfull than most household detergents. I also like the fact that it kills germs in the process. this is a very simple too to use with many options and attachments. I forgot to mention if you have 3-4 kids this is a excellent tool to have because they are constantly creating something for you to clean behind."
