We got this on sale around early December although it didn't get installed until early January. We've been very pleased with it so far. We got a new cabinet in a "cinnamon" (some reddish tones) finish and this looks good on it. It was a quick and easy install. We were glad to find a top with a 4-inch faucet spread as we wanted to use a single handle faucet (that's in oil-rubbed bronze and also looks great with the granite). As someone else noted, there are some very minor chips here and there but we assume that's the nature of the granite and/or granite at this price; it's nothing that takes away from the looks of it. We also ordered the sidesplash in beige and it was a good match. After installing, we used 4 coats of a sealer (approx $10 for spray bottle of sealer with plenty left over) recommended by staff in our Home Depot. We've had no problems with any kind of water spotting. Compared to the almost-25-year-old builders' grade "formica" vanity top and drop-in sink that we replaced, this top with undermount sink looks "high class" indeed ;>) Great value for the price.

As with other reviewers, I needed to put another coat of sealer on the granite. It was easy to do and it looks great. The 31" size fits perfectly on my small bathroom vanity.

I ordered this granite countertop on line and it arrived on time in good conditon. I have not installed it yet but I'm sure that it will look and perform fine.
Beware that the website is confusing; I thought I was ordering a 22 inch wide countertop and ended up with a 19 inch wide countertop and a 22 inch sidesplash, which is too long and now will have to cut to length. Also, others have mentioned that the sink is very small. I think this is fine, just make sure it's what you want. In my case the smaller counter will work (I'm having a custom vanity cabinet made anyway) but I should have been more careful when I ordered.

We purchased this vanity top because of the combination of high end look at a value price. We're very happy with the color and oogee edge and depth of sink bowl. Installation was very easy.

Depth of the counter not included in desciption!! It was not the standard depth....only 19"!! After having it sit in the carton a week, my husband started the install only to find out it was not 22"!! Had to go to the store and get one. You really need to have the depth as part of the description. Horrible waste of time!!!

vanity top and back splash matched perfectly, and, according to contractor, easy to install because they did not have to make any adjustments to the vanity bottom, which was one we already had and just needed new top. Very proud of end result.

A nice vanity top. The granite needed sealing and I will probably do it twice. The finish is not as smooth as I might have liked, but an excellent value

The first one was shipped and came broken to pieces. So we re ordered and the second one finally came in good condition. We have had it installed for about a week now and so far we really like it.

I was hesitant to purchase this item seeing some iffy reviews on this brand on all sizes of this granite combo and the comments on the bowl. I went to Home Depot and looked at in the store and was pleased by the appearance of this item. They didn't carry the 4" faucet so I purchased this on Home Depot internet site. The added bonus was it was delivered to the house and didn't have to pick up and lug a heavy item. The bowl size is no problem and it gives more counter space. On reading reviews about sealing it again I actually sealed it before installation. Water was still getting into the granite and although it would dry quickly I sealed the granite four more times. This is a very easy process and it solved the water problem and shines like crazy. I am very pleased with this item and am installing it in two remodeled bathrooms.

When buying online I am never certain about the quality or color. This product arrived in great shape and the color works great in the area of use. Only thing I will say is that I wish Home Depot carried a matching sidesplash for the 19" deep vanity (they carry one for the 22"deep basin which is too long for the 19")

The item arrived broken in half. Returned to Home Depot no problems, they were great Ordered a new one and arrived in 3-5 days. Install was easy. Great product if you looking not to go crazy in a bathroom.

This is a beautiful vanity top. The color is very rich looking. Yes, the sink is small, but it is certainly big enough to wash your hands in. It has really updated our powder room.

I read the reviews on this product so I was a little leary due to the comments on the smaller sink. But, if you need the 25 by 19 size you do not have a choice. I decided to order it and the sink is not something you can't live with and it leaves more room on the counter top, which is nice. The granite is beautiful and I am very happy with it. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on Thursday.

It is definitely worth it for the price. As seen in previous reviews, the bowl is small but for the dimensions of the sink it works out nicely because it gives you more counter space. I would recommend sealing the sink again. I also would recommend wiping the sink top down after getting it wet because it can leave stains. They do eventually disappear. It looks very nice and changes the look of the bathroom with out much work. Very easy to install. I'm very pleased with it.

It looks a little darker and specklier in person, I order it online. It is very nice and goes well with a dark fawcet. The drop sink is very nice and the lip that comes over it looks good. It seems very easy to keep clean.

We ordered this based on the 36 inch top we bought for another bathroom. We love the granite and how easy it was to install, but this size has a teeny-tiny little airplane sink bowl! We ended up returning them for the 25 x 22 size, which look way more normal.
