Came across this product at my brother in law's house. Could not believe the results of this piece of equipment. After eating the food prepared in The Big Easy, i had to have one. QUICK, EASY AND GREAT TASTING! What else would you want? Clean up is a breeze too.

This cooker is not named correctly. It is billed as an "Oil-less Turkey Fryer," but you can actually cook anything in it--beef, pork, ribs, poultry portions, vegetables, whatever. I always used charcoal before, but I'm back to propane with this rig. And it will go for many sessions on one tank of gas.

this product was recommended by a friend. You can cook just about anything in this. The meat is juicy with a nice crisp outside. Will be great for the summer to not heat up the house. Cook time is fast

Hook up the gas, put in the meat, stick in the meat thermometer (included), and check in on it every 30 minutes. Makes very moist and delicious meats and nearly idiot proof.

We bought the oil-less fryer for our daughter's boyfriend for Christmas. He had read about it and thought he'd like
to try it. It has lived up to everything he heard. He first
cooked a turkey, then a beef roast and on to a pork butt.
Everything was delicious. It was easy to set up and clean
after cooking. The enclosed manual was very helpful also.

Got this oil-less fryer about 2 weeks ago. Have used it for a whole chicken and a turkey in last week and it is amazing! The meat is always juicy and the skin is nice and crisp. It is well worth the regular price and even better if its on sale!

I went to buy peanut oil for the deep-fry turkey cooker I borrowered from a friend. The store I visited was sold out. In speaking to the helpful employees and checking stock at the next closest store, I did the math. I could buy this cooker and it would pay for itself in 2-3 uses vs. buying the oil. No Brainer and better for my health.

foloow the directions setting up and cooking... turkey is excellent moist and juicey but cooked all the way thru... large chix are the same... big roasts are incredible... use a rib or just s&p... bake the potatoes on top... and no danger from oil... there isnt any !!!

I bought this for my soon to be son-in-law for his birthday. He loves to cook on the grill so I thought this would be a great addition to his outside kitchen. He loves it!!! He's made a whole chicken and a pork roast and they were amazing! Very tender and juicy! I may get one for myself!

I haven't used this product yet but it is put together, the instructions have been read, and I'm just waiting to try this badboy out. A friend has one and he is super pleased wtih his so I can't wait to give it a go for me. The control knobs are cheap on this thing and seem like they will break at some point but other than that, it's well constructed. I just need to go ahead and buy up the accessories now with it so I'll have it if I need it!

i thoroughly coated the turkey (skin & meat) with a Roasted Peanut oil from the Asian food section of grocery store before placing it in cooker & this was the BEST turkey i have ever had (sorry, Dad!); it was FANTASTIC tasting & there were little leftovers from family meal. Moist, crispy, flavorful, & healthy too!!! Product was easy to assemble (FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!), & it comes complete with recipies/accesories just waiting for a thawed turkey to cook!!!

the oil less fryer worked good, it doesn't get very crispy on the outside like we expected, but it was juicy (turkey). It took an hour or so longer than we anticipated but the cold weather could have had something to do with that.
