I LOVE my new fridge. We basically bought it sight unseen, and it's the best!! It has a very large freezer which is so nice compared to our last side by side fridge/freezer. We can now actually put a frozen pizza upstairs in this freezer instead of having to put them down in the deep freeze. This fridge has so much room it's never been full yet. We would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone willing to pay a little extra for a really nice fridge!

So far so good......had a hard time finding small French Door with ice and water in door. Looks great and runs quietly. Have had for very short while but really am pleased at this time.

I love this unit. I am not one to buy without looking around and reading reviews. For the price I think its a great value. Looks great, spacious, Ice maker is a little loud, but when ice falls it is loud. Not sure what you could do about it. Not a problem at all for me.

This unit is much smaller than the 20 year old Kenmore it replaced and is taking alittle getting used to.We had a side by side but this unit has the freezer on the bottom and has more freezer room than the other.The ice maker is very fast once the unit has run for a day.

After researching several brands and models we finally decided on this one. Overall this is a great choice, lots of room and having the ice and water dispenser on the outside was a plus. The only issue is that the ice maker takes up some space and it can get a bit noisy when it drops the ice into the storage container.

I ordered the Maytag french door fridge without having seen one in person and was a bit nervous about my purchase. Since receiving it I can say I am totally pleased with my decision. Initially I thought I was losing some storage space in the freezer and also in the fridge but that is not true. The organization is different in the fridge but I'm getting used to the change. The freezer with the retracting drawers are actually an improvement. I can see everything quite easily now where with my side by side things tended to be stacked and permanently buried. I chose this model because I wanted the bisque color, ice, water and french door features in a new fridge. Plus my kitchen is small so I also needed a smaller model. This model is taller than the last one and a little deeper but overall the dimensions on this model worked out great for me. Over the past year I looked at several different models in local stores and was surprised by the difference in quality from brand to brand. I went with the Maytag because the brand has a good reputation, the features I wanted were there, the price was an incredible value and lastly the majority of reviews I read from other consumers were positive. I took a leap of faith and ordered during the black friday deals and I'm so glad I did. No buyers remorse here!

Have owned the unit 6 months. Would have rated it 5 stars, but I can't figure what the designer had in mind for the inside left door. 2 rather useless bottle / beverage holders. There is space for a designer to have been a little more imaginative (see photo) , perhaps some kind of feeder that you can roll soda pop cans into. Plenty of room. That said, it has low energy usage, is quite, plenty of freezer space. French doors are the only way to go if you are tired searching the far reaches of the refrigerator box on your hands and knees.

When the side-by-side died of old age, the covetted french door frig became reality. The features are up to date for the way I live. The configuration of space is very convenient. I've only had it for 3 weeks but am very pleased.

We have only had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks now but absolutely love it so far! I agree with others that the storage in the doors is limited but it's great to have the ice/water in the door instead!! This replaced a 20+ year old Amana and so far it is quiet, keeps everything nice and cold and love the seperate temp control for the milk storage! The holiday sale price we got made this refrigerator a great value!!

I love this refrigerator! We had a side by side of a different brand before that was over 20 years old and the ice maker didn't work anymore. It was terrible. This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned and I have an icemaker now that we have lived without for over 4 years! I have never had a french door model before but let me tell you it has SO much more room than the side by sides do, especially the freezer part. I love the freezer in the bottom with the drawers that pulls out. It is so much more practical in storing items than a side by side. I can now put a frozen pizza in my freezer without having to turn it diagonal and it taking up the whole shelf! The drawers in the refrigerator part are great as well. Very spacious. The only drawback I see are the shelfs on the insides of the doors don't seem to have enough room for all of our condiments. Other than that it is a great buy!

We had a 19 cu/ft Kenmore that was 32 years old and still kicking with the exception of the Ice Maker not working. The new ICE2O is fantastic all around (expecially the ice maker)! My only concern is that we have 7 in my household and the ice is used constantly. We already ran out one time. Maybe it was attributed to the holidays.

I've only had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks, but so far I like it. It's very quiet and the freezer layout is nice. Unfortunately, although the exterior is bigger than my old refrigerator the interior space is smaller, but that's due to the ice maker. There are not enough shelves on the doors, either, with just one on the left door.

This is a beautiful fridge. Very useful. It will take a few times to get used to closing the doors correctly. This should not be a hold up, but just letting the doors go or giving a light swing to close probably won't work, but I've always been one to make sure a door is closed behind me. Only other minor gripe so far is that the doors swing open and bounce a little when they hit the point where they don't open any more.

Have had this for about three weeks now and love it. We replaced an older unit (probably 20 years old?) and I've found this to be very quiet. The only noise we hear is the icemaker on occasion. The water comes out ice cold and we haven't had any problems with ice cubes spilling out of glasses, as some others have reported.
Love the deli drawer.
The only "con" I can come up with is that the freezer space seems a bit small compared to my old refrigerator (which had the same overall dimensions, but was a traditional freezer-on-top model).

We have had this for about a week and so far I really like it. It looks nice, is quiet, and nice design.
This is our first bottom freezer and we really like the drawers in the freezer area and the space. The fridge part seems to have less space, primarily in the doors from what we are used to, i.e. for condiments, etc. but I think that is likely true of all styles like this.
There is a bottom drawer in the fridge part that is great - it pulls out and is perfect for cheeses, deli meats, tortillas and is so big (long) when pulled out.
Some other reviews indicated that the ice went all over the place, but I have not experienced that, it seems to work fine for me. The buttons to switch from ice to water are good, you don't have to press too hard and seem of good quality.
The outside looks like stainless steel, but the plus side for us is that you can still use magnets on it which I love.
We shopped around and for the price (at least at the time) it was so far below other comparable models that we got this one and are happy that we did.
