Product is ten times better than the shark navigator i just returned.
though i didn't get my brush attachment and Dyson was rude and no help customer service rep named Rita.

I am amazed at the reduction of dust after using this vacuum cleaner for three weeks. I truly hate dusting and could write my name on furniture within 5 days after each cleaning until vacuuming with the Dyson.

The day our vacuum arrived I put it together and my wife used it that same day. She had vacuumed the floor earlier that day. When she got done vacuuming this time she could not believe the amount of dog hairs that she had picked up. The vacuum we had was a top of the line cleaner. The ease of use of this cleaner is remarkable and the the empting out of the picked up dirt was fantastic. I would highly recommend this cleaner for anyone that wants a clean home.

Easy to use, agile, versatile, great design & works! I have a British short hair cat who sheds every where and this vacuum does the trick. I am thrilled with it and know my mom will buy one when she takes it for a ride!

We had given our earlier model Dyson upright vacuum cleaner to a family member and purchased the DC25 to replace it. We were well pleased with the first unit but have found the DC25 to be much more maneuverable with the ball wheel concept and much easier to use. The brush on/off switch is a great help. Keep up the good work Dyson!

After a lot of research and reading reviews, I decided on this vacuum and I'm very glad I did. After toting around a canister for 14 years, I love this one for compact size, handling, and cleaning. It is a little plastic-looking and the suction is so good that the attachment hose is hard to stretch out but it is workable. The ball makes it very easy to maneuver, only thing, I can't vacuum under my bed. But overall, I am very pleased.

I have appreciated the fact there is no dust blowing around the room. I am a Rainbow owner and this is a nice comparison to my machine. It is easier due to less bulk.

Absolutely excellent at getting up the dog hair, even on the bedding without it getting sucked up and stuck in the vaccuum. Heavier than a usual vaccuum, making it a little difficult to carry. Also, the tube for the detachable wand is unusually short making it hard to have enough distance (even when right next to the base unit) to vaccuum anything without pulling the unit over. On the other hand, the snap-together design is clever and the tools don't fall off the main unit if you bump into it.

I am continually amazed at how much this vacuum picks up. Other vacuums I've owned pick up 1/4 the amount that this vacuum does. My only complaint is that the hose is pretty short, so when I use my dog grooming tool it barely reaches the dogs. I think I will need to purchase and extender.

This is my second Dyson but the first with the ball turn-on-a-dime technology. Maneuvering around furniture is great but I found my wrist feeling sore. I think it'll get better after I've adjusted to the freedom of moving more quickly but I would not reccommend it to someone who has weak wrists or carpal tunnel.

I had no idea how dirty my house was until I used this vacuum. I was amazed a the amount of dirt and dog hair it picked up out of the carpet. I have a pug and his short hair has always been a challenge to get out of the sofa, but there is not a dog hair on it now. My house does not get nearly as dusty since I started using this vacuum. I would recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone - not just pet owners. It is worth every penny!

I wanted a vacuum that would pick up the dog hair in my house and the vacuum would not clog up. This one does a wonderful job. It has wonderful suction and is easy to use. The only part that I am not thrilled with is the use of the attachments. They are awakard to use.
