I like the product put I do not like the fact that when I am done with it the cord has to be rolled up and put into that little compartment that it does not fit into.

Besides being great for cleaning and sanitizing the floor, it works wonders in the bathroom and kitchen. The extra attachments help to get to the hard to reach places. I am so glad that I bought this steamer instead of the upright one.

I had another steam cleaner for several years that finally blew up. I bought the HAAN because it had all the extra attachments that I had with my old cleaner, and a few extra. Did a great job cleaning my hardwood floors in my house as well as sanitizing the bathrooms, kitchen--got all the grunge off the linoleum floor in the kitchen, too. Going to try it on cleaning my car out and sanitizing it.

This machine is light weight and easy to use. The attachments are easy to exchange. Cleaning grout does still take some elbow grease.

About a month ago, I bought this steam cleaner primarily to clean my new porcelain and wood floors (strand woven bamboo.) It was worth every penny, not only for the floors but for everything else it cleans - appliances, countertops, blinds, windows, steaming wrinkles from clothing! All without chemicals! My glass tables are spotless! Oh, and my floors look great too! I am so glad I made this purchase and have absolutely zero complaints or cons!

Got the Haan after reading many great reviews online about it as a replacement for my old enviro steamer. As a person who is highly sensitive to chemicals, this is a great way to get the home clean and not have a cleaning product induced headache. So far I have used it to clean my floors, (laminate, tile and vinyl), steam the carpets & furniture, the dog's bed, clean the bathroom and kitchen, took it outside and got the mildew off of the vinyl seats and fiberglass on the boat, cleaned the windows, and steamed my husband's smelly sports equipment. The unit runs for a good while before you run out of steam, and it only takes a few minutes to re-fill and heat up. It does take longer to clean using (any) steamer than with traditional chemical cleaners but I think it is worth it. (no headaches!) My only complaint is that while using the short steam jet nozzle with the flat surface attachment, when I raised my hand up to clean the shower, hot water dripped onto my hand. I contacted the company and they said it is normal for the hot steam to condensate and possibly drip in that situation. So be careful. In some reviews I read that the directions were not so great, and that the cord didnt fit back in the unit. Well, I thought the directions were just fine, and the cord certianly fits back into the unit if you roll it up nicely. The attachements did not all fit into the tiny mbag provided, so I used a reusable grocery store tote bag.

I wasn't planning on writing a review until I'd had this product for a month or two, but after today I was so amazed I had to stop and write my opinions... This machine turned our disgusting utility sink in our laundry room from a dirt (as in potting soil) and paint-encrusted mess into practically brand new. No paint. No dirt, not even a hint of it. And I didn't have to break my back or spend hours--it took minutes. After the sink was clean, I grabbed my (penny-pinching) husband, who clenched at the idea of spending this much for a steam cleaner when I ordered it 2 weeks ago, and showed him the sink... he announced that IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY. And Honey, if he says it's worth the money, IT IS!!!! I've also used it in the bathroom that my 3 boys (13-8-5) use on a daily basis, and turned it from utterly awful to some place I might just enjoy being in for a while! It cleaned our Bruce engineered hardwood really well, too. I'm excited to try it on our grill grates, and on our windows. Soon! And I'm sure I will not be disappointed!!
Honestly, I think every house needs one of these. Do not hesitate to make this purchase, you will not regret it.

Great product tried all functions so far. Cleaned inside of the oven without chemicals and not having to turn on self clean with the horrible smell it produces was a dream i have a pet and hated doing this. I had to ensure plenty of time to take my dog out while this was on before but now 15 minutes with haan and oven is good as new. Carpet stains perfect removal. Tile brand new and windows a dream no problem for this system and all with no chemicals love it!!!!!
Have to make sure all water out of the system before using again. Wait for system ready then aiming the spray into the sink for a minute to make sure all water left in line out and only steam comes out this only takes a few seconds.
Recommend to everyone.

We bought this steamer because we've heard from a friend how great it was. Home Depot does not carry it in-store just on-line. Took less than a week to arrive. Comes with many tool attachements but no detailed instructions/manual. Just booklet with a few pages indicating tools' use. Works great on our natural limestone floors leave no residue or water marks behind unlike the mop we used leaves the floor almost dry after passing the steamer. Not sure if it works or if it's safe on hardwood floors. last weekend we had a flood due to plumbing in the storage room and used it to clean and sanitize luggage.

I think this is a great product for a great price. I seems to be made with the highest of standards. I was impressed with the durability of the steamer and Its attachments. It heats quickly and is fairly quiet. Does wonders on my tlie and grout. It also leaves a nice polished look to my hardwood floors without the use of chemicals and polishes. Chose this model because of the versitility and is great on windows and glass, baseboards, walls, curtains, furniture, and all it claims to do. Cons: cord could be about 5 feet longer. Manual needs some revising, (however, the customer service was great answering my questions). It claims to leave floors dry as you clean. This is only the case for the first few strokes. After that the pad gets saturated and leaves water on the floor, equivilent to mopping.
