No one ever guesses that I keep my dogs indoors

My dogs are indoors (one extra small pup, one extra large), but I never want anyone to walk into my house, inhale and say, "Oh, you have dogs!" Thanks to these, guests are surprised to find out that I have pets inside. I live in the Pacific NW and with nearly 9 months of rain each year, wet dogs are very common, but you won't smell it with these. PLEASE NOTE: These do not provide much scent (and aren't intended to), but their purpose is to absorb odors. If you place them near an air flow vent, I do notice a light scent, but these are not air "fresheners." If you want your home to smell like chemically created flowers, buy a toxic spray instead, but if you just want something to absorb an odor, these are perfect. I personally can't stand a house that smells like air fresheners; no scent at all in a home suggests a clean home in my mind =) An average room will take 2 of these and replaced every 1 - 2 months, from my experience.

I have purchased both the orange and vanilla scented gels, and neither of them made a difference at all. I thought that the orange smell would be nice for the kitchen, but I haven't smelled the product at all. It seemed pretty strong when I first took off the inner lid, but that is the only time I could smell the product. The same happened with the vanilla, which I thought would be nice in the bathroom. They were a waste of money.
No, I do not recommend this product.
