One of the best products I have ever purchased. Economical(spacesaving), operations(very user friendly, controls are easily accessable/understandable), cost( $139.00 very competitive), health(removes excess fats and oils) time(cuts cooking time tremendously). I have prepared a variety of dishes and am highly impressed and sastified. I am in the process of purchasing another one and I highly recommend it as a must have product. Thanks for a wonderful product

For those of us who don't love to cook, this oven is pure magic. It works as advertised... fast, efficient, and it's easy to clean. I use it almost every day. It's also great on cooking items that don't do well in microwaves -- such has browning meats or cooking fruits (especially apples) -- and doing both at once.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

To start with, once you figure out how to unpack it, you find a CD inside the box ON THE BOTTOM, that tells you the correct way to do it.
My first time to use it was just as the directions said to do for a 3 pound fresh chicken, (not frozen) and on the DVD their Chef. shows you how it should turn out, well it didn't look anything like the picture it was Kaki Tan in color and the joints were bloody. My next trial was Baby Back Ribs and following the directions, I got the opposite from the Chicken trial, now the ribs are burnt and hard as a rock, I hope our dog enjoyed them as we were not able to eat either dishes that I tried. Also there are so many pieces and what a mess to store, so maybe this one is defective, but it sure didn't cook the way it said it would, so I put all the parts I had used in the dish washer, (NOT THE ELECTRIC TOP) and using there Pre-Paid Return FedEx Lable, I took it to the local FedEX office and shipped it back, with a short note inside Saying---- IT'S DEFECTIVE & I DID NOT LIKE IT. Having been in Sales for the most of my life, something really has to be bad for me to return it.

First we are still waiting the heatlh benefits of the product, only time will tell. Hopefully a few of us lose some needed weight.
As for the cooking time?? I think its just for small amounts. If you are cooking more the 2 pieces of whatever I suggusted adding more time to the cooking.
Best results is 2 pieces directly under the infra-red. If you are cooking more items I suggust that you alternate pieces as your cooking, moving the center pieces to the outside and outer pieces to the center. Or turning the pieces 180 degrees, so outer edges gets browned midway through the cooking and repeat same on other side. all depends on how may pieces you are cooking.

NuWave Oven is the best thing that has been invented. It does everything it says plus more. Now I usually do not cook much but with my nuwave oven, it makes me cook at home instead of eating out because it is so easy and convenient. Not only is it easy to cook, it saves so much time and the taste of the food is indescribable. It truly is the best gadget out there in the market and I think every household should own nuwave oven in their kitchen
