I love this new toilet. It truly is a low-flow, ONE FLUSH toilet! So many low-flow toilets take two or three flushes to get everything to go down. What a waste; you still use as much water as the old toilets!
The height is perfect too. As I get older I find my knees not as cooperative anymore when getting off of a low seat.
Perfect toilet! I am going to buy one for the powder room now.

I waited all day for my new Toilet. Tracking said that I would receive it before the end of the day. I watched and waited until 5 p.m., when someone down the end of my street called me and told me that there were 2 large boxes for me left on his porch. No one was home during the day there. The packages had my correct address on it but I guess UPS driver couldn't read and left them at the wrong house. I had to get someone with a pickup truck to get the packages and bring them to my house. I called customer service at home depot and the lady there gave me a 10% discount for my trouble.
As far as the product goes, it's great. It was very easy to install and the directions were good. I'm happy with the Home Depot part but not happy with UPS

The toilet looks nice and it's performance is wonderful. I was worried about the cleanliness of the toilet because there is not a lot of water in the bowl but I must say when flushed everything goes down and the bowl is clean. The only negative for me is the height, I am 5'7" and it is a little too high for me (my husband and daughter are 6' and it is fine for them) Also this is our first elongated toilet and I am not sure if I really like the shape yet. If I had to do it over i would have gone with the standard height round base.

We've had this toilet for over a year and absolutely love it. The "comfort height" seat is perfect; it uses much less water than the unit we replaced; and the flushing capacity is excellent. We've not had a single occasion to use a plunger with this unit. We're now in the process of changing out three more of our older toilets with this model.

The toilet sits higher and feels sturdier! It is a water sense toilet so its a quick efficient flush. I love this toilet. I love it so much I bought another and now have it in both of my bathrooms. I highly recommend!

The toilet is a little higher off the ground, which is great for anyone over the age of 4. My kids had a hard time with it at first, but know they like it better. We use less water, and the flush power is awesome. We have had back ups many times in the past. Our kids use way too much toilet paper, but this toilet has not failed us yet.

Toilet has been installed about 2 months now. Would have given it a 5 for quality but plugged up once the first month. We have a high traffic flow through our house so don't know any particulars. Installation was easy. The price was good since it came with the seat & wax ring. It's fairly quiet. We like the interior surface - any residue left from one flush generally comes off the next flush.

When built our home looked into handicap toilets but SO expensive. This 'comfort height' gives the same thing at an affordable price. No more knee pain when having to sqaut down so low! The standard toilet we replaced used to clog all the time (not getting in to why :0). This one has never clogged and have had it over a year now.

It is nice looking and installed fairly well. The toliet continually leaks water from the top chamber to the bottom. Bascially, I need a new float or repair kit for this brand new product.

Product delivered without damage. Was in two pieces, bowl and tank. No seat or wax ring. Was easy to install. works well. Is comfortable to sit on. Save money by using less water. Local utility department gave me $50 check for replacing 20 yr. old toilet with this water smart toilet.

I was concerned that it would not flush properly, but it has flushed everything without a problem since I installed it a month ago! I watch it flush each time (sounds sick right?) but it does it so amazingly quick! It doesn't use a traditional flapper, so I'm not sure if the seal (instead of flapper) replacement will be tricky or not in the future. I didn't like the fact that I paid a lot more just to have it in Almond not white
