I've used this product for years. One if the best on the market for many uses to many substrates. I've read that many people have had troubles getting the product to flow out of the tube. You can't use many of the guns you buy at the stores. It takes a high compression gun, the clicker type will just wreck you hands. It was also suggested to use alcohol to tool it. Do not do this, it will stop the curing process or eat the caulking slowly. It's best to use a little soapy water. Use tape where you don't want caulking and alcohol to clean it up.
Pros: Very Adhesive, High Quality of Material, Good Protection
Cons: Difficult to Clean

Review 2 for NP1 10.1 oz. Gun-Grade Polyurethane Sealants (4-Pack) White
This stuff is really flexible and really good for caulking windows. It is right on par with Valkum caulk. But keep a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol handy when you are applying it. Dont EVER smooth the caulk with your dry finger. It is too sticky for that. but spray a mist of alcohol on it and then smooth it and it works perfectly.
Pros: Very Adhesive, High Quality of Material, Good Protection, Dries Quickly
Cons: Difficult to Clean, really sticky only use with a sprayer of alcohol

Review 3 for NP1 10.1 oz. Gun-Grade Polyurethane Sealants (4-Pack) White
A masonry contractor who tuckpointed my home used this caulk to seal joints around windows, doors and concrete flatwork that touched up against stone and mortar. I bought more to do more caulking work and tighten up my home for winter.
This stuff is simply awesome. It dispenses in a standard caulk gun and sets up in about 24 hours. Once set, it moves and flexes with the joint but maintains an airtight seal. Whatever color you choose (Home Depot usually just has white) it will mellow as it ages, blending into your home over time.
I would warn users to use rubber gloves when handling this caulk, however. It is not for the novice DIY-er. The material is very tacky and difficult to remove, even with soap and water. Be careful!
Pros: Very Adhesive, High Quality of Material, Good Coverage, Good Protection, Looks Great
Cons: Difficult to Clean

Review 6 for NP1 10.1 oz. Gun-Grade Polyurethane Sealants (4-Pack) White
This polyurethane caulk is about the best you can get for adhesion and durability. I've used it to seal exposed cracks in a house foundation and it's held up to several seasonal cycles without a hint of peeling or losing its grip. Highly recommended for those jobs where you want a tough and lasting seal.

Hi, I've used this product for a number of years. The only problem was that I had to travel too far to get it or pay rather high shipping to get it. It's very handy to order it online and pick it up at the Home Depot near me. Keep up the good work. Dan
