So far everythings working great! I love the sleek design.
Everyone, from my plumber (who wanted to charge $250 to install it) to my best friend, told me that I couldn't install it myself. I figure it's because I'm a girl. So with something to prove and not wanting to pay $250, I installed it all on my own. The only problem I had was working around the bottom of the sinks, garbage disposal and the pipes. Other than that, it was EASY PEASEY! Although a little pricey (but worth it), I'm loving my new faucet, and that it came with a soap dispenser. It's a piece of art!
Yes, I recommend this product.

we have a new home, and during the selections, the builder wanted to charge more then $500 to upgrade to a basic pull down faucet. so we decided to upgrade it after we move in. and my wife wanted this tough faucet. we checked out both the models (one piece, and two piece with seperate handle), and liked this one better. it took me and my wife less than 2 hrs to pull out the old one and install new one. she was reading me instructions and I was installing it. I wouldn't say it is complicated...but since we have to refer to the instructions after every step, it takes a little long. and it's been more than a month, and we enjoy it a lot. I'm glad I spent that extra money on this touch feature..it is totally worth it. I read a review saying that the faucet is spraying water too far out spilling water out of sink, but we didn't have that issue. and I was also worried that it would go on and off while setting the temperature, or moving the nozzle...but it won't do that. it turns on or off only when we tap it. when you hold it, it won't turn on or off. and it automatically turns off after 4 min of being on.
Yes, I recommend this product.

You see the list price. Is it worth it? To me, it is. I felt having something cutting-edge in the kitchen would be something nice to have. I like being able to have the faucet turn on instantly at the right water pressure level and the right temperature.
The faucet lasted only two weeks when I first got it before the touch sensor when wonky. The touch on/off switch only worked when I touched the handle - but not the faucet head. Fortunately, I received a replacement circuit board since it was still under warranty.
Once the new circuit board arrived, I noticed that the original one I purchased was powered by 4 C-cell batteries. The replacement one was powered by 6 AA-cell batteries. Apparently the problems with the power supply were well known enough to cause this change in design.
That was several months ago. Since then, the faucet has worked perfectly. I paired it with the Pegasus Dual-mount granite sink. Both go very well together.
Yes, I recommend this product.

After reading many reviews that this faucet can be tricky to install, we decided to have it professional install it. He said that while it did take longer to install, it was relatively simple and had no issues. We love the look of the faucet and the high arch is very handy for washing all our big stock pots! We have not had any issues with the touch feature. Once and a while you have to touch the faucet or on/off handle a couple extra times to get the water to turn off or on but most of the time it works with one touch on the first try. If we did not do a lot of cooking, gardening (coming in the house with messy hands a lot) or had little kids with sticky hands I am not sure we could justify the cost of this faucet (and the extra cost to hire someone to install it). It has been very useful for us and our life. We have only had it installed about 1 month so we will have to do another update in 18 months to speak more about the long-term quality and functionality of the faucet and touch feature.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I LOVE this faucet. It was worth spending the extra $. It is nice that with just the tap of your hand or wrist you can turn the water on & off. It also has a nice water flow. It makes it so easy when working in the kitchen and your hands are dirty to just be able to tap on the faucet. I suggest buying this product online...you will save $.

The ease of use with this faucet is amazing. It was installed the day before Thanksgiving and I couldn't believe how convenient it was when my hands were full of food prep or when I had a big pan in both hands, just bumping it with your wrist turns it on and off. No more dirty handles or getting all cold or all hot water with one faucet or the other. You can set this at at a hot or cold or just medium setting and leave it there until you want to change it. Until then, it just comes on with a slight touch. I can't recommend it enough!

I am very disappointed with this faucet. I paid extra to have the Touch feature. Seldom did the Touch work to turn on or off the water. Sometimes the water would be running and without any touch of any kind, it would turn off the water. The Touch feature was so frustrating that we decided to disabled that feature.

I've had two plumbers and two handymen attempt to make this work- it doesn't.
The electronics only works once in awhile- and typically not when you turn it on. But if you forget to move the lever to the off position it will come on by itself [and stay running].
After being installed for a while the water sputters and vibrates the pipes. Sometimes that goes away- but it'll be back the next time you try to use it. This occurs even with the electronics off.
DON'T BUY IT!

Love it for the touch convenience! Just a little too much splashing during use in the spray mode. To avoid this we always use with the detachable head hanging down in the sink. Another tip; adjust the force of the water coming out of the faucet head to help with less splashing.

What a great idea. Wash your hands and they're wet and want to turn the water off, no problem. Cutting up chicken and want to wash your hands? Who has not turned on the faucet with "chicken" on your hands or still wet from washing and tried to "one finger" the handle. This product solves that problem. A mere touch with the forearm, back of the hand, elbow or pinkie, and the water is turned on or off. Highly recommended and well worth the little extra you'll pay for a quality faucet.

This is my 2nd faucet, you can read my previous review above.
The second faucet seems to be working just fine now, the relay turning the water on or off is still working after a few weeks. However this the 2nd faucet, although it did not come with a faulty relay that died after a week it did come with a soap dispenser bottle that DOES NOT screw into the part that actually dispenses the liquid. I had to make a bracket that would hold the bottle up. It did not screw into the top part like it was supposed to. ( Like the 1st one did )
No, I do not recommend this product.

We saw this faucet and thought it would look great with our new granite counter tops, well it does. We love the fact that when your hands are dirty that you don't have to touch it with your hands. It has operated flawlessly once we learned how to use it. I see other people are having problems, this could be do to having stainless sinks and not installing it per directions using the gasket causing shorts. If you read the directions it tells you how not to have it turn on when you grab it.
It is not a novelty in this house, we find it very useful and it looks great as well.
Yes, I recommend this product.
