I am amazed that I can say I love a toilet?? But its so beautiful, elogant and easy to install. This completed my master bathroom. You will not be sorry with this purchase, it absolutely dresses up my bathroom and I bought it in bisquit!! I am buying a second one for my other bathroom.

Have purchased two of this same model. You will find it comfortable and height is great rather than those lower height toilets. Elongated model and higher height great for adults and men - small kids will need a boost. Plan to purchase another one for my third bathroom. well worth the price.

I put this in myself. My plumber friend was very skeptical about this product. However it has worked great for 8 months. One click of the lever and it flushes perfectly every time. The other reviews sound like they may have defective units because the experience we have had is great.

Nice looking junk. Hold lever 30 seconds when you flush. Then flush again, then possibly a third time to empty bowl.
To increase water level: "pull stop, turn X anti clockwise, then clockwise to lock, then turn screw to obtain correct water height." Good luck pulling the stop. Steps two and three will never happen because you cannot pull the"stop" to begin with. Cheap plastic parts. It only cost $278, so you get what you pay for. Be sure to have a plumber standing by if you buy and install this item. This is not for the do it youselfer. Be sure to tell your guests to hold the handle for 30 seconds when they flush to avoid "suprises."

This is a very nice looking toilet and was easy to install. Everything fit together nicely. I did not rate it five star due to it's flushing power. It does an adequte job but not as good as our other toilet. We bought this toilet because we needed one in biscuit and the choices are pretty limited. For the money this is a nice toilet.

Within days of ordering, I received this tiolet and coordinating tank (sold separately). The tank seemed heavier than the bowl in weight, but once installed, I was impressed. Its' unique base is bold with modern, stacked pedestal detail. The height of the toilet was taller than I expected--very comfortable for taller people. Overall, I am pleased with this product, however, holding the lever down for 3-5 seconds to ensure a complete flush is a bit of a drag. It is very efficient in water consumption because it does not fill completely as most toilets do. The value is great considering the prices of most black tiolets. Just keep in mind that the tiolet + tank costs less than the base toilet of most other manufacters. The complimenting Kholer tiolet seat is going to run you another $55-$60. The seat is only available online, so order everything all at one, because this is not your standard toilet. It's a show stopper, so expect to be WOWed when you receive it!
