These blocks were very difficult to find in stores prior to Christmas but they came very quickly when we ordered them online. We were very pleased that they came with different caps to allow for coin insertion, lighting cord exit, and a plain plug so you can use them for numerous projects.
We added a "con" only because they are glass and you do need to be careful when handling so that they don't chip. They are, however, very thick and quite substantial in weight.
Pros: Rich Looking, Excellent Quality, High Quality of Material, Sturdy, Looks Great, Functional, Well Made
Cons: Easily Damaged

These glass blocks are fun. I put a string of lights inside to light them up on the front porch. The inside ones I put bows on with lights inside, they look like lit up gifts. There are so many options one could use these for and many ideas through out the year for other Holiday decorating.

My wife loves to do crafts & a few weeks ago at a local craft show there where these wall blocks decorated for Christmas with lights inside & she just had to try this for herself for gift giving for Christmas! It seems for the most part blocks are bought & 1/2-5/8 inch holes are drilled into them for lighting. (seemed like a mess & didn't want glass breakage or to have to buy glass bits) After a little web searching we came across these but she was skepticale due to the "larger" opening with different plugs but we ordered a case just to try them out. Needless to say they came today, she loves them and more cases are ordered!

Both sizes that I have ordered of these glass blocks have been fun to work with and have made beautiful projects. Use them for my self and make wonderful gifts. They are great for seasonal decorations.

Everyone who comes over comments on these. HD has the best price and delivery was fast! I put bamboo in them with colored stones and they look stunning. i wish i could afford to buy dozens of them and build a partial wall with the top layer filled with lucky bamboo! i will save up to buy more and will absolutely recommend them to everyone!
