The installers were flexible to work with my schedule. The tile work was great and the installers created a small tile floor pattern that they had never done that looked really good. The plumbers installed the tub I provided, which was challenging for them but it completed the remodel and made the whole room look updated.

The installation was okay and the installers were great. The over all process was not good. The time line was way off. In the future I will need a time line from beginning to end, not just of installation.

Overall the job was done and we are very pleased with the masterbath. I really think that there has to be a better quality control, and rountine inspection when a job is being done. I would recommend a friend, if those quality control and inspection where in place. The person that I talked to from corp. was very professional and help full and without him got the job done, also the secound crew. It nice to know that they have good work ethetics, and take pride, which you do not see now a days.

installer that was sent out did not do this type of work. this was his first time doing project so several delays. also installer never did show up on time.

I was a little up set by the time line of things when it was discovered not to be home depots fault but thay of another installer outside of home depot. However home depot still wanted to make things right with me and did an excellent job.

Overall, it was an excellent experience - it took longer than first suspected, some issues with what was found with the demolition - which added time and cost, but the Project Manager did a GREAT job of staying on top of all the little changes that had to be made. ALL of the installers were very professional and did a great job!
