Last year I ordered wood floors from HD. Since the HD representative was so helpful I used her again this year when ordering shutters. Similar to my previous experience, she did not disappoint. I was given an estimate and it jived with installers estimate. The process from my visit to HD and my shutters installation was about 3-3 1/2 weeks. Quality of shutters is superb and installation excellent.

I love my plantation shutters. I was worried about light in the bedroom in the morning. They keep out just as much as thick curtains do. The man who installed them got 8 windows installed in about one hour. He was a very nice and informative man. After owning them for only 10 days, one of them broke. Home Depot sent the same man out to repair them. They had to take the shutter back to the factory to repair it and I had it back in 2 days. That's quick, good service.

Am satisfied with the product, It does look good, and am hoping it will continue to look good over time. Am concerned with the quality of the product; could not afford the more expensive upgrade, but overall, am satisfied. The installer was very helpful in making sure it looked perfect.

After going back and forth with the company owners I was able to use my own stain. Personally made two trips to the
company headquarters. I removed previous window treatments myself, not sure if I was credited full amount. Expected larger fee reduction for paying, and delivering Stain.
