Very pleased with the purchase and installation of the product from beginning to end. The installation was flawless. The person installing the shed was polite and professional. He listened and did exactly what I asked.

Purchased a display model...This has not been a great experience. First it took close to 7 weeks before a delivery could be made (we were given many excuses about a broken down truck, etc. Also referred to an outside moving service that would have costed an additional $400.00). It was frustrating chasing them down to say the least. They finally committed to a date to deliver when I threatened to request a refund. At that time asked how do you have a truck now? They would not answer my question.
Now we have the unit. 2 of the hinges on the door are broken, the door needs to be rehung & the hinges replaced, it needs minor repairs & the paint. No one has contacted us to to so and I have left 2 messages. No one has returned calls or done anything.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Due to the size of my gate opening, this install was a real challenge. The folks from Tuff Shed stayed with it and got it in. Each one was great, but a big thanks to Lisa for figuring out the "PVC roller solution".

The person who scheduled it was very flexible and met my needs. The crew who arrived to assemble the shed, were very professional and did a great job in a timely fashion. I would recommend Home Depot to others.

Everything went great after a way to the backyard was agreed on. Install done in a timely, orderly, and safely. Clean up was through. All debris was removed.

The installers were very efficient, patient and informative. They allowed me to take photos of the progress of the install. It was a very momentous occasion for me, that day, and I wanted to document the event to share. When I had questions, they provided me with answers. I was very impressed and pleased!

Generally speaking there was what I considered to be some uncalled for delay in getting the product installed ... they had to return to install the anchors which were not installed on the first run ... touch up paint was not neatly done ... and in general I was more satisfied with my first Tuff Shed which was the reason that I bought the second one...Tracy from Tuff Shed was a big help in keeping me informed as to the status etc.

I will never use Home Depot for another install. The sub contractor that did the work in representation of Home Depot was very difficult to get in touch with to even schedule the install. I waited for service on the phone for at least 25 minutes each time I called. When I finally was able to talk with the person who originally called me she seemed shocked that I had waited so long to speak with someone to schedule the install.
When the install was finally scheduled I tried to get a gestimate for what time they would be arriving. The lady told me that they would e-mail or call me the day before to give me some idea. There was no call or e-mail and the installers arrived at 7:30 in the morning. I am a morning person so I was okay with the early arrival, but it irritated me that they gave NO notice and I was just about to step into the shower...not convenient.
All in all, though, the installers did a good job and the building looks great!...Kudos to the installers!

If you are looking for a customized shed installed quickly and with little disruption to your life, this is the way to go. I am glad that I went with the larger size of 12 x 16. The installers arrived on time, assembled my shed on site, cleaned up everything, and were pulling away within 3 hours,

Very helpful web-site!! Had one built 10 years ago by an earlier vendor, and this one's far nicer/better...more options for flooring/roofing. The pre-construction telecons were very professionally handled, the builder arrived on-time, finished on-time, and ensured the doors/workbench and other add-on's were positioned where I wanted. I'm VERY pleased!

Even after reviewing the site and where to put up the shed, it was still placed too close to an electrical box. When made aware of it (after the shed was nearly completed), the installers wasted no time in moving it to the proper location. They did so cheerfully and were great to work with...would definitely want them back to do similar work again.

Only disappointment was the colors. We had to choose colors to match our house to get approval from our owners association. The color swatches in the brochure did not represent the actual color. Now we have to repaint the shed. One lure to this product was the free paint. This was disappointing.
