Our install happened quicker than we figured. Installer was efficient, clean and very professional. We opted for a replacement bath tub instead of a liner. We are very pleased with our tub. It looks great !

I am very displeased with the end product. The tub is way too small for me. I do not like the shower-head or the knobs. I really wished I had my old tub back and just dealt with using corking. On the flipside I like the panels.

We've been having a lot of work done due to mold and water damage. Since this was unplanned and expensive, we're coming in to it already stressed, distressed, and less than happy. The installers did an amazing job. Asked me questions along the way and were very receptive to any questions that I had. They were in and out in 1 day. No mess and very professional. Amazing work! Very very happy and would use again!

a 1 day installation took 3 and the finish process is unacceptible. caulking is not good in spots and missing in a spot. attempted to put back existing ceiling molding but first cut it for some reason and pieced it back up as if that was acceptable workmanship. that must come down. put a gash in the wainscott on the wall and put scratch marks in the cedar ceiling. area on the tub lip he either put glue on it and didn't remove it or he damaged the finished it is rough not smooth in this area. Inspection tomorrow will determine what the outcome of that is.

Two small home repair issues had to be completed as a result of this bathroom remodel. First, when removing the old tub, water from a pipe leaked onto the floor and dripped onto the ceiling of our main floor - requiring a new paint job. Secondly, while carrying the new tub up the steps to the second floor, the wall was chipped, which required a wall repair including new paint.

The sales person came to our home in Aug 2012 and it was finally completed on 11/19/12. I understand things can occur and Sandy came into the picture, but the information provided by the sales person and what we actually received were far off. The finished product looks very nice, but the road getting there was tedious. The installation guy was great - but that was about it.

Job was done in promised 2 days. However, the wrong color grab bar was installed along with the wrong color of overflow plate and drain. We waited for 3 months to get that problem resolved and we finally had to e-mail the head to get process moving. Looks great now that all of the right colors are installed.

We had our tub and shower walls resurfaced with a new Jet Pro shower head installed. We were told we should not use the shower head until we had the shower door installed. That was done about 30 days later as it had to be custom made because we have an odd sized area. The shower head leaked all down the wall. We called and the installer was away for a couple of weeks, but once he was back, the shower head was refixed to the wall and all connections tightened. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. They did an awesome job.

We would recommend Home Depot to anyone. Excellent work and fully professional staff from the plummer to the installer. We have no problems and what they told us was 100% on target of what was done so we knew what to expect and saw the results of what they said would happen.

My installer was Bruno, he was professional , worked neat, and finished the job in a timely mannor. I would recommend doing this kind of job to a friend or family member.
