Megan is extremely professional and completely skilled and knowledgeable in her field. It'd be hard to find ANY associate in kitchen design at ANY other store that could top her expertise! Extremely helpul and knowledgeable. A true professional who puts both the customer and his or her needs before anything else. The Aurora store is losing a true gem in Megan but good fortune has certainly shined down upon the Oswego store for they will soon discover their new treasure that's coming in the form of a new transfer who goes by the name of Megan.

I recently visited Home Depot to price a backup sump pump battery. I received excellent and informative assistance regarding the product I was interested in, as well as installation instruction help, and input regarding installation safety from the sales associate. He loaded the battery and associated products into my cart, and directed me to the check-out area staffed by a very friendly cashier. I will be installing the product soon.

I am a single mother who often ends up with "do-it-yourself/figure-it-out-yourself" home projects, but I know when I come to Home Depot, the friendly and knowledgeable staff is always there to help me and give me great tips! They always have everything I need! Thank you!!

I you are purchasing cabinetry for your kitchen, bath, mudroom, etc. this Home Depot is a great place to make your purchase. We have found that the associates are very knowledgable, have a wide variety of cabinetry companies to offer, and the associates work on your project to get your the best and biggest bang for your buck even when you are not there. We have been impressed and very pleased with all the service we have received.

We found a fire pit on your website and came into the store to see if we could view one & price what it would cost to do one without purchasing the kit. Jacob was outstanding. Not only did he let us know that the fire pit we viewed online was in stock, it was cheaper. He showed me online in the store which two (2) were available and I selected the one I wanted. He got a forklift and removed from the top shelf and worked with my husband to figure out how to load the fire pit into our truck bed as it was too wide. He is an outstanding employee and went the extra mile for us!! It is so nice to see a young person so willing to help! We will be back again!

I was buying stain for my fence, got it all mixed and ready to check out when I relized My daughter have my credit card. The cahier was very nice about holing the 5 gallons behind the counter while I drove home and got my credit card.

I was standing "in-line'--behind a 'fellow" at the self-check-out--Alicia immediately saw me--told me to go to the "returns desk' for check-out--she met me there---apologied for my wait--and for being so patient--but--the 'waiting was "no big deal' for me!!! She had a big smile--asked if I needed anything else--very friendly--and thanked me for shopping at this store--Wonderful customer service--!!

The Home Deport we visited - store west aurora 1957 has always been chock full of friendly, knowledgeable employees who answer our questions, are friendly and make sure we have what we need. We have not found this at other hardware stores as consistently.
