I wanted to buy #10 GA. solid wire for the shop electric heater. All I could find was stranded. Neither spool or bulk #10 GA soild wire was available.

I just to want thank Jeff (Sales Assoc. in the Appliance Dept.)for assistance in my purchase of Refrigerator 4 Sept. 2012 in your Homer Glen Store. He was patient and knowledgeable. Jeff in kitchen and bath design has been very helpful and has gone beyond normal expectations in helping us, although we have spent a lot of money at this store designing our basement from scratch that included a small kitchen.I was very happy with the cabinets. We did not pick the highest number rating of the cabinets as it was a basement, but I was pleasantly surprised how nice the cabinets are made and how they look and operate.

previous trip to HD we could not find anyone to help us with exterior doors. It was Therese day off. Rang buzzer, asked passing associates and ask the front desk. Waited 35 min. and left. Came back another day and ordered $3000 in doors. You almost lost a good customer. This was early Aug.

I needed a little help locating a generic or Kohler replacement part for a toilet flapper. A plumbing associate was not available, but a non-descript fellow (Ken I believe) looked at my old part and assisted in finding exactly the correct generic part to complete a repair. He was friendly and competent and could be a role model for associate

We dislike self check out. Today there was not a line at the 1 cashier but often there is.
On the positive side the 2 women in the paint department were great.
