This is very easy to setup! Also, extremely easy to start, my 62 year old mother in-law could even start it up and my fixing to be 6 year old daughter almost can. LOL The generator is GREAT ON GAS, I only used a half a tank and here is what all I got to have on when I ran my generator: the referigerator, microwave (on & off), 3 TVs, 3 tivo(s), 3 directv reciever(s), 2 computers, 3 fans on, and lights (with CFL bulbs) in my house being turned on and off during a 12 and half hour time span.

Great Generator for the Price

Just purchased this 5700w generator as a upgrade from my Powemate 3500. I cannot believe what an additional $200 gave me in performance and quality. The output was incredibly stable due to the voltage regulator, the surge guards for my electronics equipment were able to utilze the output from this generator, so this generator has very low noise output. The Yamaha engine started after the second pull and ran flawlessly and looks very well built.
The only suggestion I could come up with is better documentation. Homelite does not list this model on their website.

Great generator for the price. 5700 watts and a yamaha motor. All parts were in box . unit started on first pull of cord. Only ran for about one hour, but so far all is as claimed. only draw back is lack of wiring diagrams. Compaired prices on lots of other generators, this is a great buy.
