I go it for my family on christmas.
Came well packaged.
I used the butterball kit to seasonnig the 11 pounds turkey.
At the end of I hr and 50 minutes. The turkey was ready.
Whe I cutted, was juicy and tasty. Wonderful buy. I am going to buy another one for me. Love it.

Very easy to use, easy clean-up,very juicy, but after frying for 20 plus years the family misses the crispy crust.

The fryer arrived in good condition and was well packaged. I have used it once and test cooked a chicken in it. I inserted a thermometer and cooked it for 1 hour and fifteen minutes. I probable will cook it a little longer next time because one of the chicken leg joints was slightly pink, but the chicken was tasty, moist and tender. ( I previously went to a dinner where turkey was served and prepared on a similar fryer - it was so moist and tender - that convinced me to buy this fryer).
