The SharkBite push-fit fittings are the fastest, easiest way to join copper, CPVC, or PEX tubing in any combination. Each fitting increases ease of use while decreasing the time and effort needed to connect water distribution pipe. There is no glue, soldering or crimping needed. Simply cut your pipe, deburr, mark the pipe approximately 1 (for proper insertion depth), install pipe to proper depth and you're done.

Bought what looked like the same product from Lowe's. Couldn't bend more than about 90 degrees. Took that one back and bought this from Home Depot and HUGE difference. Very flexible and still just as strong. If you are reading this before your purchase save the hassel and drive across the street to Home Depot it is worth it.

I USE THESE WHEN INSTALLING DUAL PURPOSE BOILERS. MAKES INSTALL EASY, FAST AND HASSLE FREE. SHARKBITE END DOUBLES AS UNION. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR STANDARD WATER HEATERS TOO.
