This attractive deciduous flowering shrub makes a wonderful specimen plant that attracts the eye. Flowers bloom early July and continue through September. This plant grows and flowers best when not pruned in winter. Great for late season blooms, screens and shrub borders. Can tolerate some drought and adapts to most soil conditions. Mature specimens grow up to 10 ft. in height and have a 5 ft. spread. This item ships bare-root which means it is dormant with no leaves, no soil, and the roots are exposed. Winter planted bare root trees are more economical due to ease of handling and transporting.
