This simple idea solves a number of problems. First it keeps things from sticking to the grill bars. Second it creates a radiant surface which spreads the heat. Third it makes it easier to get things in and out of the grill. Fourth it improves cleanup as it catches most of the juices. It will warp the first time it's used, but this does not affect its usefulness.
Pros: Sturdy, Distributes Heat Evenly, Durable, Dishwasher Safe

This is the greatest item that we purchased for the need that we had. It cleanes up well, looks like new. We use it to grill hamburgers on and the meat does not fall through the grates. Still have that great taste with out loosing the meat. Has many more uses also than what it was designed for. Wish they came in larger sizes.

I have been using this product for two years. I'm very happy with it.
Despite the use, it shows no sign of warping (typical in cheap products). The hole size is just right: no food slips through and enough to get the heat.
Please note: one side is free. It allows for bigger items to extend beyond the plate size or for smaller items to roll out.

I decided to get the grill topper for when I was grilling smaller items. It really works well, don't have to worry about food slipping through the grates. Just wish I knew how to clean it better. Already used twice in one week.

works great on the grill- vegetables work great..
i love grilling salmon on it.... a little spray of pam and seasonings...
