I screwed the legs to the floor using anchors in the tile. If you have tile; buy a diamond drill bit and use masking tape around the area or hole to be drilled preventing the bit from wondering while you drill. You may be able to use a masonary drill bit depending on the tile. Take the leg levelers with you to a store and find screws with anchors to bolt the legs to the floor. The sink tends to move if the legs are not bolted to the floor. The trap supplied should be throw in the trash and leaked. I bought a trap kit separately and it did not leak. Do not waste your time with the trap supplied with the sink. Other reviews also reference the low quality trap supplied. Trust me!!

When I had my house built many years ago, I had it plumbed for a sink in the garage. Finally, for a very reasonable price, and very little effort, I was able to buy almost everything I needed and install it in a short time.
I ordered a couple of compression type valves on line and had to drive to the store to get the 2" metal nut for my drain line. It is pretty lightweight so i recommend anchoring it to the wall or floor for stability.

We purchased this sink because it has good reviews and was a good price. The overall quality is good for the price.
The only piece that did not match for quality was the P-trap. As soon as it was installed, there was a leak. The bevel isn't sufficient on the end- thus the seal is not snug.
We replaced the P-trap. Other than that, this is a great price for what we needed it for.

We are happy with the tub itself, but were sent the wrong plumbing kit. We have since received a new kit from the manufacturer and are hoping it will work. Be prepared to replace all the plumbing yourself...pvc fittings did not fit and faucet leaks.

I would have rated this higher if the hot water side of the faucet had shut off after installation. I had to dismantle the valve and get the seal in place to stop the leak. The water outlet is very loose, also. The sink is light and should be attached to a wall or the floor. Overall, the tub is a fairly good set up.

We bought this sink after reading the reviews for this and other utility sinks. The primary reason for buying the sink was to solve a plumbing problem in our house in which the top-loading clothes washer pumped waste water into the drain line so fast that the down-stream drain backed-up into the kitchen sink. By routing the washer drain line into the utility sink, the waste water flow rate could be controlled and reduced. At the same time the sink was installed, we replaced our top loader with a front loader clothes washer which empties into the utility sink. The new machine uses and discharges much less water. With these changes the plumbing problem disappeared.
The utility sink is well made. All fittings needed for installation were included with the sink. Installation was relatively easy. I was surprised to discover a sink cover included with the sink. I thought that was an extra cost option.
I may anchor the sink legs to the concrete floor because bumping the installed sink causes it to move. This movement will probably eventually cause loosening of the drain connections and subsequent leakage.

I had been hesitant to replace the Mustee & Sons laundry sink in our home. After ten years, it showed some wear & tear and needed replacing. However, I did not want to sacrifice quality. I found exactly what I was looking for (another Mustee & Sons tub) at Home Depot. The store did not have the sink, but ordering online was easy and the tub arrived at my home in 3 days. Installation went well and the tub looks great. My only suggestion is for Mustee to offer a backsplash with their tubs. I had to build my own out of extruded vinyl sheet.

Buy it you will like it a LOT! It comes with everything you will need and then some. My old one of these (same manufacture) was 32 years old, I replaced it even though it still worked, it just got a little ugly and I wanted a newer faucet. I am not sure how many more words are needed to satisfy the minium amount of words I am required to add to make the program happy but I am running out of things to say! LOL

The plumber installed it. It looks good and works. It is an improvement over our last sink. I like the extra counter space that the top provided. I only wish that it had a hole for the washer drain pipe to go through. I hardly notice the difference between the 20" and our old 24". Thank you for having the smaller size. Pat

This tub serves it purpose. Water tends to pool at the drain unless front legs are raised higher than the back legs. Pipes that come with it seem a little flimsy but work. Tub is sturdy but we secured ours to the floor so it wouldnt move around if bumped. Size is as indicated. Easy to assemble. Comes with everything needed to install.
